2003 Porsche 911 4S Coupe Carrera
Well cared for Prosche 911 4S. This car has been babied and runs strong. This is an all wheel drive model and has the preferred 6 speed manual transmission. The car is dark blue metalic with a clean and inviting gray interior. It is in excellent condition and needs nothing but a happy new owner. This car has excellent tires and needs no service or repairs. The car has the optional leather interior option. This option includes true leather on the cars door panels, dash, under-dash, instrument panel cover and headliner. This car has the Bose premium audio system with sub-woofer enclosure and has the memory seat option. With 90,000+ miles this car it shows "no" scratches or dents, it has a few minor rock chips on front bumper but you have to look hard to see them. Does not leak a drop. Overall excellent condition. Better then most cars half its miles!

The Carrera 4"S" version of the Porsche 996 series is a turbo-look model. These cars share most of their exterior body panels with the 996 Turbo models. These cars also share the Turbo models all-wheel drive system and the large red brake system. Many Porsche enthusiasts consider this version of the 911 to be the most desireable, as you get the all wheel drive system, the big breaks and the great looks of the turbo model with the ease of the ownership, lower insurance costs and lower maintenance cost of the non-turbo models.

If you would like to own a great Porsche 911 and would like to own a great example of one of the best 911 variants and buy it for a great price too. Third party inspections are welcome! I do have an existing loan on the car. Final payment will go through Blue Hills bank in Massachusets and title will be sent directly to buyer.
I do have many more pictures than Ebay would let me upload, please contact me and I will send you all pictures.

Porsche planning new 911 Speedster as 550 tribute

Tue, 12 Nov 2013

Some look at the emergence of a new Porsche 911 and see a car. But to Porsche engineers, it might as well be a reset button. Because every time a new 911 comes out, it sets off a tidal wave of new variants to follow, including convertibles, turbos, targas, GT3s... the works.
The next down the pipeline, though, could be one of the most desirable. That, according to German publication Auto Bild, will be a new 911 Speedster. When it arrives early in 2015, the special roadster will reportedly be limited to just 550 examples in tribute to the original 550 Spyder.
It'll reportedly have hidden door handles, a chopped-down windshield and a fabric top to be used only in case of emergency, manually disappearing below a carbon-fiber cowling. All of which makes it sounds as much like a bigger version of the Boxster Spyder as a successor to the last 911 Speedster (pictured above), and that's no bad thing at all.

Porsche Macan spied, all lit up and dodging flurries

Thu, 17 Jan 2013

We've seen the upcoming Porsche Macan testing on surface roads and even on the Nürburgring, but here we have our first spy shots showing a disguised prototype doing some winter testing in snowy conditions. Still obscured by plenty of camouflage attempting to mimic its larger Cayenne sibling, we still can't get a clear look at what the Macan's face and rump are going to look like, although it does appear that some details for the front lighting are starting to emerge.
Below the headlights, those are obviously decals trying to look like turn signal lenses, but it appears that there is still some sort of lighting being hidden judging by the small circles cut into the camo. Lower in the fascia, we can also see there are LED running lights not revealed on past prototypes. The entire rear end of this Macan prototype still appears to be tacked-on camo, but the side view appears to be in production form save for the poorly disguised rear quarter windows.
As we've seen in the past, Porsche engineers are still testing the Macan alongside the Audi Q5 with which it shares its platform. There has been no word as to when we could expect to see the Macan in production or concept form, but we'd have to guess that this compact crossover is getting ready to shed its camo very soon.

Is Porsche planning a GT5?

Tue, May 19 2015

A trademark application filed in Europe suggests Porsche could be planning a GT5 model to slot at the bottom of its track-focused sports car lineup. The German automaker's GT skunkworks division in Weissach earned its reputation with enthusiasts producing the GT3 and GT3 RS versions of the 911, and previously offered GT2 and even GT1 models as well (although the latter was a limited homologation special). It recently extended itself slightly downmarket with the launch of the Cayman GT4, but this trademark application – already reportedly accepted in Germany and currently being reviewed by the European office – suggests an even more accessible model could be on its way, Autocar reports. Just what form a GT5 would take, however, remains a mystery. The numerical progression would suggest that Porsche is planning a hardcore version of an even smaller sports car, if such a project ever got off the ground to slot in below the Boxster and Cayman. Given that the 911 has bred both GT2 and GT3 versions, Weissach could alternatively be planning an additional GT version of the Cayman, or planning a hardcore version of the Boxster. The prospect of a GT5 version of the Macan, Cayenne, or Panamera seems unlikely as the alphanumeric designation has never been applied to anything other than a two-door coupe, but then we never really know what the future will bring: Before 2002 Porsche had never done anything with more than two doors altogether. These designations are typically borrowed from their corresponding racing class, and of course there is no GT5 category. But then most of these racing classes have been amalgamated into GT3 anyway, unless Porsche is planning on using the name for its own entry-level spec racing series. But at this point we're just spitballing. It's just as likely that the company has simply filed the trademark application to keep its options open for the future. Related Video:
