Super nice greystone metallic 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Supercharged with competition group package and a hard to find one with only 29,450 original miles !!. I purchased it from a 61 yr old woman who purchased it new and has always had it serviced by the original selling dealer right here in Venice Fl. always utilizing synthetic oil, has clean carfax and I have a clean clear title in hand in which you can fill out to suit your needs.
This vehicle has the competition group package which includes; P225/55/17" speed rated BF Goodrich tires (I just installed a set of brand new P225/55/17" speed rated BF Goodrich g force Sport Comp 2 performance tires to replace the originals), 17" factory polished aluminum machine finish wheels, Magnasteer II, Stabilitrak sport, full Traction control, 3.29 axle ratio, 4speed automatic or if you prefer 4spd manual transmission with tap shift, trip computer, Heads up display & Red brake calipers.
Please just read through the origonal $31,145.00 window sticker you can find in one of the pictures for everything else, its a really loaded vehicle & just way to much for me to list. Comes with all origonal like new manuals including Onstar & 2 sets of keys/fobs. car runs & drives just like new, exterior has 1 parking lot ding up by drivers door handle (did not break paint) and a couple light scratches here and there, the interior is super nice with only very minor signs of any wear, it has the heated leather seats, electric sliding or flip up sunroof with a manual sliding shade to keep the sun out, OnStar system is onboard, it has the optional factory 9 speaker Monsoon stereo system with in dash 6 cd player and factory 245 watt amp in the trunk, it kicks, comes with additional cargo mat & net, the rear seats actually fold down for added length to the trunk storage, it has the best lifetime transferable Lumar Formula 1 non metallic tinted windows that I have just had installed on it, I have also installed a new K&N washable reuseable high flow air filter and a brand new DynoMax cat back performance exhaust system, trust me, the car runs like a raped ape or in other words, its very fast and especially in 4 speed manual mode and the handling charateristics are just unbeleivable, big racing style gauges, stereo controls on steering wheel and everything works just like new, super ice cold A/C.
I really think the pictures are worth a thousand words, you have to see it for yourself but I gaurentee there will be no dissappointments here with this car, it runs and drives just like new, the engine compartment looks new, the trunk looks new, the underside and or undercarriage looks new and over all, the whole car looks pretty darn new, it was just a garage sleeper that has never even left little Venice florida, you can't find a nicer one anywhere, not happening, but If for any reason you don't think its as I've described you certaily will not be obligated to purchase it, thank you.

Lutz says GM was working on 5th-gen Pontiac GTO
Thu, 08 Aug 2013Bob Lutz was one of the forces behind bringing the Holden Monaro to the United States, as the ill-fated Pontiac GTO in 2004. And while that car received critical acclaim, it was a sales disappointment. Now, Road & Track is reporting that our suspicions were correct - Pontiac was working on a two-door, G8-based coupe before it was shuttered.
In that R&T article, which is no longer available online, Lutz explained that the new GTO would solve many of the issues found in the original. Car Advice speculates that the new model would have look like a rebadged version of the Holden Coupe 60 Concept from 2008, a conclusion we also came to.
That car would have been a big departure from the 2004 to 2006 GTO. It has an extremely long hood and short rear deck, with an almost fastback roofline and a wide greenhouse with a tall beltline. The wheel arches were very pronounced, and the chin and rocker panel splitters gave it a race-ready look. Would it have been enough to make the GTO work in the US? We think it might of, but it looks like we'll never know.
AMC Trans Am Javelin SST, an ultra-rare underdog, is up for auction
Sat, Sep 9 2023Among the rarest of the American muscle cars that went racing in the early Seventies — cars including the Camaro Z/28 and the Boss 302 Mustang — the 1970 AMC Trans Am Javelin SST may be the most hard to find, and among the most valuable. Only 100 units of this unique Javelin were produced, and one of them is up for auction at the Mecum event in Dallas on September 20. The Trans Am Javelin was fashioned in a patriotic livery of tricolor paint — red, white and blue — and arrived after the American Motors Corporation had decided in 1968 to compete in the Trans Am racing series against Ford and General Motors. The company's chief driver, Mark Donohue, would dominate the 1971 season, taking seven wins in his Javelin AMX and that yearÂ’s SCCA Trans-Am Championship. AMC took the trophy with 82 points, well ahead of Ford's 61, Chevrolet's 17 and Pontiac's paltry 7. The example listed for auction came equipped with a 390-cubic-inch V-8 engine with 325 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 420 pound-feet of torque, power steering and brakes, dual exhaust, BorgWarner four-speed manual transmission and Hurst competition shifter. Its “ram induction system” sealed a chamber around the air filter so that cool air from the functional hood scoop would be funneled into the intake. This JavÂ’s factory price was $3,995 — a mere $32,000 or so in today's money, though it was expensive by the standards of the time. The 100 Trans Ams were among 19,714 Javelin units built in 1970, so they started out rare, and today the surviving examples are highly collectible, if and when they come up for sale. This massive 'Knight Rider' KITT model costs over $1,400
Tue, May 18 2021A new model of the famed Pontiac Firebird from the 1980s TV show Knight Rider is here, and it's massive. The shadowy flight into the dangerous world of this subscription-based kit by DeAgostini will result in a car that measures nearly two feet long, cost more than $1,400, and take you over two years to complete. For years, subscription-based model kits have been a tradition for hobbyists in Europe and Asia. Should you sign on, each week you'll receive a package in the mail that includes a few parts for the model and some literature on the subject. Usually there are additional collectibles and accessories, like a display case. The DeAgostini KITT kit, for example, begins with the hood for the first issue. The asymmetric bulged and scooped body panel comes with a several smaller body pieces and a small screwdriver. Issue two comes with the front fascia, KITT's red scanner light, and three of the six driving lights. Issue three gives you a tire, wheel and brake components for one of the four corners. And so it goes. When all is said and done, you'll receive 110 such packages over a span of so many weeks. In other words it'll take two years and one-and-a-half months to complete the black, 1:8 scale Pontiac. There are some discounted prices for the first few issues to get you hooked, but once you get settled in the regular price for each issue is ˆ10.99 ($13.36 USD). Here's a preview the 16-page pamphlet that accompanies the first issue. By the end, you should have a pretty comprehensive compendium of the Knight Rider series as well. The issues are available on newsstands, but subscribers get additional gifts — two 1:43 scale models, one of KITT and one of his nemesis KARR. And for an additional ˆ1.00 per issue, you'll receive an acrylic display case. As for the Knight Industries Two Thousand itself, the car appears to be incredibly detailed. As depicted on the DeAgostini website, the hood, doors, trunk and T-top roof panels all open. The red scanner lights up, the rear license plate rotates for three options, and there even seems to be a watch that commands the model to speak some of KITT's catch phrases. Knight Rider — or Supercar as it was called in Italy — told the episodic story of a former police officer, Michael Knight, who fought crime with his A.I.-powered car. As such, the TV car and the the model have a heavily computerized (by 1980s standards) dashboard and yoke steering wheel.
