Hello! This 2004 Pontiac Grand AM SE I am selling, is in excellent condition with good mileage and the brakes are perfect.. The mileage is at 76051 and has had it's oil changed every 3,000 miles. The previous owner's husband was a jiffy lube mechanic and always had her car in for service, and garage kept. I'm glad to say I've done the same, except it was ALWAYS garage kept for me. The car runs great and shifts smoothly throughout the gears. It isn't too bad on gas either. I put new wheels and tires on it which give the car a new sporty look and helps the car grip the road like never before, it also is a very smooth drive. Due to it's 3.4L v6 engine, the car does have some good pickup. On the inside, are very comfortable cloth seats and a good amount of leg room. I bought and installed, through Bestbuy, both a Kenwood touch screen Bluetooth head unit and a On-Star safety mirror. The car has power windows and a driver side power seat. The car had a minor fender bender resulting in a small ding on the lower front driver side bumper, which due to the car color, isn't very noticeable. Due to this accident, the driver side headlight sticks out a little and there is a wave in the frame above the driver side front wheel, and these defects can barely be seen. The car does have a cruise control but it wasn't working when i bought the car. Other then this the car has had no accidents. If you know the area, i can deliver the car to you within a 50 mile radius of the Quakertown or Center valley area! If you have any questions about the car or if you would like to come look at it in person please feel free to contact me at 610-428-6958 or email me at Eslamson42@gmail.com

Lutz dishes dirt on GM in latest Autoline Detroit
Mon, 20 Jun 2011Bob Lutz sits down for Autoline Detroit - Click above to watch video after the jump
Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
All Chevrolet vehicles were required to have five-spoke aluminum wheels and a chrome band up front, as part of the Bowtie brand's overall image.
Trans Am Depot teases 2014 GTO
Mon, 24 Jun 2013Here comes the Judge. Court is in session. The verdict is in. How many more tired clichés can we come up with? It hardly seems to matter, because it's happening: Trans Am Depot has announced via the teaser video below that it is launching a 2014 GTO, complete with Carousel Red (bright orange, really) paint and full Judge badging.
The car is based on Trans Am Depot's 6T9 Goat, which, in case you don't get the reverential references, is meant to mimic the look of the 1969 Pontiac GTO. As with the company's other cars -including the 2013 Hurst Edition Trans Am we recently drove - the GTO will be based on the current Chevy Camaro, which means two doors, V8 engines and rear-wheel drive, just like the muscle cars of days past.
As for actual details of what's under the 2014 GTO's hood, we're completely left hanging. We'd expect some sort of power adder (turbo, supercharger or possibly some other form of a highly massaged version of the Camaro's V8), and we certainly know that GM has any number of hi-po crate engines to choose from.
GM Design shows what could have been and what might be
Thu, May 27 2021We periodically like to check in with GM Design's Instagram account to see what they're cooking up. Even better is when we catch a glimpse of an alternate history of what legendary designers from The General's past were thinking, though those ideas may not have made it into production. This week, for example, the account posted some illustrations from George Camp, whose career at GM spanned nearly four decades, from 1963 to 2001. One of the renderings is of what appears to be a 1971-72 Pontiac GTO Judge, but with two headlights instead of the production unit's quad beams. The rear departs from the canonical version most dramatically, with a massive integrated wing. Other bits that didn't make the production cut include large side vents, a gill-like side marker and rectangular intakes below the headlights that wouldn't be out of place on a modern design today. Amazingly, from what we can make out of the date, it appears that the drawing was done sometime in 1965, which makes it quite prescient. View this post on Instagram A post shared by GM Design (@generalmotorsdesign) There's also a very aerodynamic interpretation of a Corvette ZR-1. To our eyes it splits the difference between the 1986 Corvette Indy concept and a fourth-generation F-body Pontiac Firebird, so perhaps parts of Camp's work on this sketch did make it into physical form. There's also a radical sports car concept from May 1970 that resembles the Mazda RX-500 concept from the same year, a Syd Mead-looking Cadillac coupe, and an Oldsmobile with a cool take on the company's trademark waterfall grille and elements of the Colonnade Cutlass at the rear. Other recent posts include a FJ Cruiser-like off-road EV, a sleek coupe with the Chevy corporate grille, and a rendering of a Silverado-esque pickup that looks far better than the current production version.
