Hello and up for auction we have a 2006 GTO coupe LAST YEAR OF THE GOAT!!!!!!!!!!! This vehicle does not belong to me but does belong o some very good friends of mine they bought it new in 2006 it was his wife's pride and joy and due to a health issue with her back a SUV is more comfortable for getting in and out of it !!!!!!!!!!!! with that being said that is the ONLY reason this vehicle has hit the market it needs nothing and I personally would not hesitate to jump in it and drive across country in it has been taken care of as it should be from oil changes etc ,, I have drove this car myself it runs and drives suuuuuuppper nice. With lots of get up and GO I mean GONE these cars are STRONG check out the pictures if you have questions you may call the owner @ 540-577-4902 it is Her car and she has been the driver so she can tell you all about it!!!!!!! These cars are getting very hard to find that have not been wreck are had something done to them this car is ALL stock just like the day the pulled it of the lot. NHTSA could add 1M cars to GM recall

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration may expand a recall campaign for faulty brake lamps. The agency is currently looking into complaints that certain 2004-2011 Chevrolet Malibu models as well as some 2007-2009 Saturn Aura sedans may have brake lights that do not illuminate when the driver presses the pedal. Alternatively, the lamps may also illuminate without input from the driver. General Motors recalled 8,000 Pontiac G6 models from the 2005 model year for the same problem, and NHTSA is currently investigating whether to add 550,000 more G6 models built between 2005 and 2009 to the list for the same issue.
In addition, investigators are currently examining 97 complaints from Malibu and Aura owners with the same trouble. If NHTSA adds those models to the recall campaign, more than one million units could be covered. GM, meanwhile, says there have been no accidents or injuries as a result of the problem.
GM recalling 426,000 sedans over faulty transmission shift cable
Fri, 21 Sep 2012General Motors is recalling some 426,240 sedans that may have a faulty transmission shift cable, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report this morning. The recall concerns a fault within four-speed automatic transmissions equipped on 2007-2010 Saturn Aura models, and 2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac G6 models.
The report specifies that tabs on the transmission shift cable may fracture and separate. Such a fault could cause a discrepancy between the actual position of the transmission and the apparent position of the shift lever.
GM is currently working to notify owners of the vehicles in question, and dealers will check and replace shift cables free of charge. Scroll down to read the complete NHTSA report.
Sci-fi movie Jinn features car designer, Firebird-bodied Camaro

That's the FireBreather in the image above, adorned by the red wings that once fronted the Pontiac Firebird, running away from a black cloud of evil in a trailer for the movie Jinn.
The Jinn is eternal evil, always waiting for the chance to make things float across rooms before going on homicidal urban rampages. The FireBreather is a Gen-V Chevrolet Camaro - from the V6 to the ZL1 - that's been through Classic Design Concepts' extensive list of exterior and interior modifications, including entirely new front and rear fascias and side skirts, sway bars and springs, Pirelli P Zeroes and an available Edelbrock supercharger.
