1967 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible, 400 engine, 400 transmission, Mechanically it is a good reliable car to just get in and drive it has a current Pennsylvania state vehicle inspection sticker on it. It has new lower ball joints, new alternator, 4 brand new tires, newly rebuilt gas tank float, it has a refurbished original steering wheel and the rear was recently rebuilt by a professional transmission shop. It has factory AC which works, remote mirror and a nice aftermarket AM/FM CD player. It was repainted about 8 or 9 years ago and still looks great but has some minor imperfections. There is a small amount of surface rust on each end of the rear bumper which can seen in the close up picture. The interior is original except for a new replacement carpet and is in good shape as can be seen in the photos. I have described the car as best as I can you are responsible for inspecting the car or asking any questions you may have to establish if you wish to buy it, it is being sold as is, there is no warranty. If you have any questions or would like to come see it you are welcome to give me a call at 610-430-8432

Watch as Hot Rod goes from El Paso to LA the hard way
Tue, 21 Feb 2012There are few things simultaneously more romantic and idiotic than taking a road trip in a beaten-down heap of a car. Trust us. We know. David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan of Hot Rod Magazine fame recently undertook an epic trip from El Paso, Texas to Los Angeles with the express goal of doing so for under $1,500, including the purchase price of a vehicle, food, lodging, repairs and, most importantly, fuel. With this in mind, the duo settled on a 1972 Pontiac Catalina for a lofty $650. Hilarity ensues.
Realizing that no one actually wants a Catalina sulking around the shop, Freiburger and Finnegan put the car up for auction on eBay Motors the instant they had the title in hand. By the time they rolled into Hot Rod HQ, the vehicle sold for a little over $500.
The video is part of a new series called Roadkill that should document similar adventures. Keep your eyes peeled for more calamity-soaked clips in the near future. In the meantime, hit the jump to check it out yourself.
Automakers tussle over owners of 'orphan' makes
Thu, 10 May 2012When General Motors put down several of its brands in recent years, it also let loose thousands of brand-loyal customers who will eventually need another car.
R.L. Polk Associates estimates there are more than 18 million cars from 16 discontinued makes on the road today. Those "orphan owners" have sales-hungry competitors seeing dollar signs. GM is offering Saturn owners $1,000 cash toward a Chevy Cruze, Cadillac CTS or a GMC Acadia. Ford is giving its Mercury lease customers a chance to get out of their contracts with no early-termination penalty and offering to waive six remaining payments if they drive off in a Ford or Lincoln.
Edmunds.com research shows the efforts are paying off somewhat for GM, with 39 percent of Pontiac owners, 37 percent of Hummer owners and 31 percent of Saturn owners taking delivery of another GM-branded vehicle. But that leaves as much as 69 percent of owners going elsewhere. Ford, Honda and Toyota seem to be attracting many former GM owners.
GM issues four new recalls, 2.4 million cars affected

Here's the breakdown for this most recent set of recalls:
1,339,355 - Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia models from the 2009 to 2014 model years; Saturn Outlook models from the 2009 to 2010 model years
