I'm selling a Plymouth Duster 1974 that I bought at Copart auction through a towing company that issued me a bill of sale...because I bought it thorugh this company and it was last registered in California, Ca would not issue me a title unless I go over there and get the car inspected...that would not happen since I live in Florida, and do not want to go trough the court process to register it... so I am selling it with NO TITLE, therefor cheap...I will send all copies and paper work bill of sales copy of last clear title when sold to copart, etc...car is solid everywhere, almost non existing surface rust, it looks like it has been garage kept always judging by the original paint in the trunk and the engine bay, the rubber is in great shape as well... has a new spectra quality fuel tank made in Canada, new fuel sending unit. new rubber hose all the way to the carburator and new fuel pump, curb was cleaned and carb kit installed, after that only recreational gasoline put in the car, NO GAS WITH WATER in it like they sell in most stations... car turn on fast if turned on everyday, if not it takes a few turns...original radiator flushed, AC works but does not cool because it has been sitting for a while and freon is gone...all gauges work fine, brake light turns on and and car breaks fairly but I'm sure it needs a brake job...engine and transnmission work great, everything works on the car and car drives straight, tires look almost new, no rust on the bumpers...the pics can talk better, I will try to download a video as well or send me your email and will mail you the video...interior in good condition, no leaks anywhere, clean original carpet, dash in great shape, one tear in srivers side bench seat...front windshield cracked but doesn't leak..miles on dash 92182.weather you want to build a hot rod or register it in your state the body of this car along it's priceless...this is it pretty much...buyer responsible for shipping, I have used a broker to ship cars I bought before her name is Christa Schauf she is great if you want to use her I will give you her number...bank check, money order, or paypal is fine...you can pick it up as soon as money clears...thanks...

US Marshal's classic muscle car auction officially in the books
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US Marshal's so-called Blood Muscle Auction was completed earlier this month, with the prestigious nine-car field (two cars were added following Autoblog's initial story, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and a rare, mid-restoration 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda) finding new and hopefully law-abiding owners.
While we'd normally recap the stars of the show, in this particular auction, every car's sale was newsworthy. The full list of sale prices doesn't seem to be published, but according to The New York Times, the auction brought in a total of $2.5 million, or an average of about $277,000 per car.
The king of the contest seems to be a 1970 Plymouth Superbird (above, right), complete with a 426-cubic-inch Hemi V8, which brought home $575,000. The trio of Yenko Chevys, meanwhile, all easily cleared the six-figure mark, with the Yenko Camaro (above, far right) clearing $315,000, the Chevelle crossing the block for $237,500 and the supremely rare - one of just 37 - Yenko Nova (shown above, left) selling for an even $400,000.
SRT belatedly claims Plymouth Prowler as one of its own
Wed, 19 Dec 2012Before Chrysler had Street and Racing Technology, it had Performance Vehicle Operations. What the two entities have in common, before SRT became its own brand, of course, is that each was created to take Chrysler and Dodge (and Plymouth, before it was unceremoniously killed off) vehicles to the next level of style and performance.
We'll leave the question of whether or not the old Plymouth (and later Chrysler) Prowler was ultimately a stylish, performance-oriented car to you, but the boys and girls currently leading the SRT charge at the Pentastar headquarters are keen to accept the retro-rod into the fold.
According to the automaker, all of SRT's current high-performance models owe a debt of gratitude to the old Prowler, due mostly to that car's use of lightweight bits and pieces and innovative construction techniques. If nothing else, the fact that the Prowler's frame is "the largest machined automotive part in history" is pretty cool. Read all the details here.
'Blood Muscle' auction to sell impressive collection of ill-begotten classic cars
Wed, 30 Jul 2014The old saying goes that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. But being a criminal can involve more than just taking a trip to the big house; it can also mean losing possessions purchased from any ill-gotten gains. Still, one man's loss is another's gain, and if you're in Lodi, NJ, on September 12, you stand the chance to buy some of the ultimate muscle cars from the US Marshals in what is being gruesomely nicknamed the Blood Muscle auction.
The grisly moniker was earned because all of the vehicles belonged to the president of a blood testing company who is facing prison time for alleged bribery, according to Hemmings. After all, they are muscle cars bought with actual blood money. The seven-vehicle collection includes some of the ultimate muscle cars ever made, and the original buyer clearly had an eye for rarity.
This cornucopia of V8 power includes a teal 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429, a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang, an orange 1970 Plymouth Superbird, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible and perhaps most prized of all - a trio of 1969 Yenko Chevys with a Chevelle, Nova and Camaro all represented. From the included photos, all of them look to be in fantastic condition.
