Beautiful Burgundy King Cab Titan with hi-fidelity $5,000 after-market 900-watt Pioneer sound system w/navigation, Sirius Radio, IPod/IPhone cord and charger, blue-tooth, security alarm, and remote start. Top-end Boston Acoustic speakers installed in doors and dash with 10" Alpine subwoofer under rear seat (7 speakers).

Not only does truck look great, ride awesome, have cool sounding exhaust, but it is a PURE JOY to drive with concert sound, club beat, and 'like being there' vocals. Cabin packed with sound deadening materials for the music, making interior sound quality pristine and greatly reducing tire/road noise.

The Titan is a very solid ride, and provides a good command of the road.

The truck has been well maintained by a single driver (non-smoker). Conservative driving with light foot. No accidents. Never used for heavy duty work (no towing). Never used off-road or taken on beach.

Titans are known to have engines last 250k miles or more, so this truck should last for years with normal maintenance.

Clean title (paid off). Clean CarFAX. Rear axle seals replaced in 2011 (24k miles ago) by NTB (will provide receipt). Tires are good looking BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A radials (60,000 warranty), with about half the tread life left. Brakes in good condition. Engine has no leaks at all. Battery replaced within last year. A/C blows cold and quickly cools cabin. Full size spare tire. Power locks/windows/mirrors work perfectly. Driver's side power-seat has lumbar support. Tilt steering wheel is multi-function (cruise and audio controls) with factory leather trim for comfortable handling. Front console folds up for six passenger seating. Auto-dimming rear view mirror. HomeLink transceiver programs garage door. Rear doors fold open (see picture, nice feature). 6' 7" bed with factory liner and tie hooks in excellent condition. Tailgate opens slowly with factory assist shocks (nice feature). Backup sensors. Owners manual.

In preparing for sale, identified recall items (Baker Nissan replaced fuel sensor and fan motor on Oct 1 2013. Air bag sensor to be replaced when arrives in a week - free of any cost!). Tire sensor not working ($300 per Nissan, a convenience item). No other known defects.

This is a great truck, with awesome sound system that you'll absolutely LOVE if you enjoy music at all!  Must experience to fully appreciate.

Nissan bringing 2014 Versa Note to Detroit

Sat, 12 Jan 2013

Nissan today confirmed that it will be showing the 2014 Versa Note - not Versa, not Note, but Versa Note - at next week's 2013 Detroit Auto Show. And while we can't see a whole lot from this one teaser image, we're willing to bet that the car looks a lot like this.
All Nissan will tell us at this time is that the Versa Note will have "segment-exclusive technology, outstanding fuel economy, smart packaging and class-leading cargo space." Sounds... class-competitive.
Given how turned-off we are by the second-generation Versa sedan, it'll be interesting to see just what's in store for this Notably more functional version of the affordable compact. Stay tuned for the full details live from Cobo Hall in just a few days, and scroll down to read Nissan's brief press blast.

Nissan's Cummins tie-up bears first fruit with Frontier Diesel Runner concept

Thu, 06 Feb 2014

The 2014 Chicago Auto Show is proving to be a surprisingly big show for alternative fuels. The Chevrolet Silverado HD pickups are getting a compressed natural gas option and the refreshed BMW X3 is receiving a diesel engine, as is the German automaker's 7 Series. You can add one more oil burner to the mix, at least in concept form: Nissan has released its Frontier Diesel Runner Powered by Cummins with a 2.8-liter, four-cylinder turbodiesel engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission from ZF.
While Nissan calls the Cummins-powered Frontier a concept, it's really just a Frontier DesertRunner 4x2 with a diesel engine replacing the standard 4.0-liter V6, and it's meant to gauge consumer interest for a diesel option in the next-generation Frontier. Nissan has clearly noticed that Chevrolet will be offering a diesel in its new Colorado and wants to see how buyers will react to a mid-size alt-fuel pickup from a Japanese brand.
Exterior modifications to the concept are minor. To show off the engine, there is a transparent hood insert and the pickup has been painted in a two-tone finish of high-gloss red and matte silver edged in carbon fiber trim. The interior gets the same combo of red, silver and carbon fiber to match the outside.

Autoblog fan favorite car ads from Super Bowl XLIX

Mon, Feb 2 2015

Super Bowl XLIX is in the books, and the New England Patriots emerged victorious. Of course, if you're like us, the big game wasn't so much about the battle between the east coast and west, so much as a fight between the world's automotive advertisers. We collected and collated all of last night's new ads and put them together for you to vote on. And yes, we're limiting this year's contest to last night's new features. That's why you aren't seeing Dodge's epic Wisdom among our collection of commercials, and it's a similar story with Chevrolet's Truck Guy Focus Group series, which highlights the new Colorado. You can still vote for your favorites. We won't be closing the voting on our Super Bowl page, so while the winners and losers are correct as of this writing, it's entirely possible that there could be some changes in the rankings as time goes on. So, without any further ado, here are the winning ads based on your voting. Nissan: With Dad Fiat: Ready For Action Jeep: Beautiful Lands BMW: Newfangled Idea Mercedes-Benz: Fable NASCAR: America Start Your Engines As for those ads that failed to impact you, loyal readers, Toyota was the absolute, undisputed loser. The Japanese brand ran four ads in total – two for Toyota and two for Lexus – and all of them have negative tallies as of this writing. Lexus' Make Some Noise and Lets Play and Toyota's One Bold Choice and My Bold Dad both had very weak showings among the commercials that aired, although they weren't alone. Neither Mazda nor Kia scored particularly well, despite featuring celebrity magic act Penn and Teller and former James Bond, Pierce Brosnan, respectively. Chevrolet was the winner of the losers, as of our writing, recording the fewest downvotes for its audience-punking The Big Game ad. If you want to take a second look at the losing ads, you can head back to our Super Bowl page for the complete collection. But for now, head into Comments and let us know what you think of the results.
