Up for sale is this Super clean 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE. This Sentra has only 72,000 original miles on it
and it is a ONE OWNER vehicle. The exterior of this vehicle is Metallic Silver and the interior is Light Gray. This car
looks absolutely great inside and out! It looks as if it has barely
been used. Unfortunately, this car was involved in a fresh water flood
and
its being sold with a salvage flood title from NJ. I am not sure why
the insurance company decided to brand this car a flood car because I
can see no sign of flood damage anywhere on this vehicle. The Sentra is
in perfect mechanical condition and everything works the way it should,
and I mean everything! Every single light bulb lights up and every
switch functions properly. There are no warning lights on the dash of
any type. I do not believe any water entered this vehicle at all. The
carpets and mats are all dry and there is no smell or anything like
that. This car was just branded a flood because of liablilty reasons.
There is no way any water touched this vehicle. The underneath of the
car looks like it just rolled of the showroom.
I have been driving this vehicle on and off and its a really nice
driving vehicle. All the maintanence on the car was done and its ready
for its new owner. Nothing has to be done to this car! The tires on the
car are practically new. They have tons of tread left and they are all
matching. This is a very well taken cared of car and it will last
someone forever. This Nissan runs and drives like a new car would. You
literally jump in this ca and drive it 2,000 miles back home without
any problems. I guarantee it!
This Sentra is loaded up with all the following options. It has power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power trunk release, CD player, cruise control, factory wheel covers, 4 cylinder that gets 35 MPG!, ICE COLD AC, rear window lockout switch, and so much more! The car comes
with the original Nissan key, unused spare tire and jack, and the original tool kit as well.

West Coast labor dispute hampers Japanese automakers' US plants
Wed, Feb 18 2015The ongoing labor dispute between the International Longshore and Warehouse Union and port owners along the West Coast is starting to affect more Japanese automakers building vehicles in the US. The issue already forced Honda and Subaru to take the expensive option of airlifting some parts into the US weeks ago, and according to USA Today, Toyota and Nissan have begun doing so, as well. The choice hasn't been cheap, though, and Subaru's chief financial officer estimated that the decision cost around $60 million more per month than sending components by cargo ship. The effects continue to radiate, according to USA Today, and shortages of some models are possible. Honda is slowing production at its factories in Ohio, Indiana and Canada because the automaker doesn't have enough transmissions and electronics for some vehicles. Toyota already cut back on overtime at some factories. Nissan has only seen a small effect from the issue, though, because of its local suppliers. Dock workers and port owners have been negotiating on a new contract since last year, and the union has organized work slowdowns in response. According to USA Today, the automakers could move shipments to Canada or Mexico, but it would take longer for parts to arrive. Nissan teases New York-bound 2015 Murano
Mon, 24 Mar 2014It was over a month ago when we received reports that Nissan would be unveiling the new Murano at the New York Auto Show next month. Now the Japanese automaker has confirmed its imminent arrival, offering up the brief teaser clip below to give us a very faint idea of what to expect.
In announcing the Murano's upcoming debut in Manhattan, the company described the Murano as "the halo vehicle for Nissan's expanding range of bold crossovers and SUVs," previewing the design that will distinguish a whole range of Nissans to follow.
Short of that, we've got little to go on, but we're expecting to see some traits from the Resonance concept of 2013 Detroit vintage finding their way onto the production version of a vehicle that has always been rather stylized from the start. Something (sales figures, perhaps?) tells us that the oddball CrossCabriolet will get lost along the way, not that we'll mind.
Nissan Leaf electric vehicle goes on sale in Mexico
Sat, Jun 7 2014Nissan chief Carlos Ghosn may not be intimately familiar with the Dean Martin 1962 classic South of the Border, but he may as well start crooning the standard now. The Japanese automaker said this week that the Nissan Leaf will officially be the first mass-produced battery-electric vehicle to be sold in Mexico. So break out the horn section. Nissan will start selling the Leaf through its Mexico City dealership network and is touting features such as the car's fast-charging port. That feature allows the car to be 80-percent charged in about a half hour. Nissan and the Mexican government are also working on an "electric corridor" of charging stations between Mexico City and Cuernavaca, which is about 55 miles to the south. There will also be "charging zones" in various districts throughout Mexico City, making it easier for the newly inaugurated EV drivers to charge up in town. Nissan has been working on Leaf brand exposure to Mexico City for years, sending the first batch of 100 all-electric Leaf taxis to Mexico starting in the fall of 2011. Last month, Nissan had its best ever month of sales in the US, moving 3,117 Leafs in May and the company has sold over 115,000 Leafs around the world. Check out Nissan's press release below.
