1996 Nissan Sentra Gxe Sedan 4-door 1.6l on 2040-cars
Merrick, New York, United States
Listed here is a 1996 Nissan Sentra owned by a little old lady from Merrick, NY. Seriously - it's my mom. This car was purchased new by my mother in 1996 and has been in her possession to this day. Mom is fine but can no longer drive which leads us to selling her car. This car was garage kept it's entire life, mileage listed is true and has been serviced by a certified garage it's entire life. Tires were purchased last year and the clutch was changed last year as well including brakes, belts and whatever to keep this car safe for my mom. New owner can rest assure this car can be driven anywhere if purchased. The car has never been in an accident. It has a minor problem of the headliner getting loose in certain spots, as well as the typical nicks, scratches that come with a car of this age. Other than that this car shows almost new and will be a great buy. Keep in mind it is full power with everything working but is 5-speed stick shift. This car comes with no warranties or guarantees and is sold as is condition. If you have any further questions, would like to see more photos or come by and see it in person, drop me a line and we can set it up. |

Nissan's Dacia Duster-based Terrano revealed
Thu, 22 Aug 2013The new Nissan Terrano has appeared in production form after an apparent August 20 launch in India, but the small sport utility vehicle remains sadly aloof from the US market. We've had our eyes on the Terrano ever since we learned it would be produced as an upscale alternative to the Dacia Duster on which it's based, but currently Nissan has no plans to import it here. Blame safety and perhaps emissions laws - the Duster was never designed for our market.
Even with these less-than-high resolution images, it's clear that the beyond the obvious badges, Nissan's signature trapezoidal grille and a slightly altered rear end with new taillights are the biggest visual clues that this is the Terrano, but those with astute eyes will also notice a slightly redesigned hood and blacked-out door pillars instead of the Duster's body-colored items. Either way, it looks to be a handsome, low-cost little brute - the sort of simple and rugged SUV that's hard to come by in today's marketplace.
How did Nissan tweet a response to the Royal Baby announcement so quickly?
Sun, 14 Sep 2014A mere seven minutes after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced they were pregnant with their second child, Nissan had the perfect post circulating on the Twittersphere. How did Nissan know to expect Kate and William were expecting? By paying attention to the Internet zeitgeist.
It could be triplets and there would *still* be enough room for the Queen... #XTrail #SevenSeats #RoyalBaby pic.twitter.com/k4HiNAb7lq

Nissan Murano production fires up in America for first time [w/video]
Fri, 07 Nov 2014Production of the new, third-generation Nissan Murano has finally kicked off at the company's Canton, MS factory, marking not only the eighth vehicle built on the facility's lines, but also the first global product to be built there since it opened in 2003.
"The strategic investments that Nissan has made in Canton serve as a testament to the flexibility, efficiency and talent of our workforce and suppliers," said John Martin, Nissan's boss for manufacturing, supply chain management and purchasing. "In Canton, we build high-quality vehicles that compete and win globally, and the bold new Murano will build on that reputation."
The addition of Murano production, which joins Altima, Armada, Titan, Frontier, Xterra and NV, brought a further 1,300 jobs.
