2008 Nissan Pathfinder SE(4X4) was purchased by me for use as a second vehicle as I wanted to have something that I can use for transporting my small business needs that is larger than my car. Unfortunately, this is not going to serve my needs and I do not have the time to finish what I started. I will do my best to list the condition of the vehicle below along with any additional items that this truck will still need to make it complete. The vehicle was involved in Hurricaine Sandy and the water rose to approximately 5 inches above the floor carpet. The paperwork is filled out with "not actual miles" as the auction this was purchased from is not allowed to test these type vehicles to get the miles. Although this pathfinder does have only 52,473 miles the title will show "not actual". It passed a salvage inspection before being able to be put on the road and now carries a reconstructed title(NOT SALVAGE) so this should be able to be registered in most states with no issues(please check your state regulations). This vehicle is being sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. I will continue to drive this vehicle locally so mileage will change slightly over the next week as I drive it. Condition exterior - The vehicle has a small dent in the left corner bumper cover. Also, there is a large dent in the front passenger door at the bottom(see pictures). The rest of the car is in great shape on the exterior. The glass is in great shape with no marks or scrtaches. All lights, turn signals, etc work fine.I took pictures at night to show all working. SEE PHOTOS Drive Train - The vehicle runs and drives as I am using it almost daily. No mechanical issues at this time except it is stuck in 4 wheel drive. I was told that it may need a new transfer switch but never had a chance to get this looked at. I had all of the fluids changed(transmission flush, oil change). I also installed a new battery and starter since purchase. interior- The interior is in great shape and was cleaned and scrubbed including the carpeting. Power sunroof, all power windows, power locks, air conditioing, cruise control, Rear camera, temp controls etc. work great. The power driver seat and BOSE radio are inoperative( needs amplifier for radio to work and new driver seat motor). There are no owner manuals but one can be printed from the internet for free. I have one key for the vehicle and no key fobs. The airbag light is on in the dash and will need a new airbag control module(found one for $75 on the internet but not experienced enough to install. Dealer may need to reset once installed. A $500 deposit is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of cash or cashiers check.

Runway Rumble: Nissan GT-R, Ducati 1098 and Lamborghini Reventon Roadster battle it out
Tue, 29 Jan 2013One 2.5-mile runway, three different ways to take off: a Ducati 1098, a tuned Nissan GT-R with 580 horsepower and a launch control upgrade, and a Lamborghini Reventon Roadster. You'd naturally expect the Ducati to assert it's lightweight, high-horsepower authority in these matters, but with more than two miles to run, the ride that gets the jump at the line isn't always the one that gets the win.
That comes in especially handy for the Lamborghini, which suffers from a bad start in the first race and just looks plain ordinary in the second, until it finds redemption. You can see how it all goes down in the video below.

Deltawing takes out second ad targeting Nissan amidst design lawsuit
Mon, 14 Jul 2014Don Panoz isn't a guy shy away from a fight. Since December, Panoz's Deltawing Technologies has been in a lawsuit with Nissan over alleged intellectual property violations with the design of the Zeod RC. The situation went public several weeks ago when Deltawing bought an ad in The Tennessean, a paper near Nissan's US headquarters, and the industry trade, Automotive News, aimed squarely at company CEO Carlos Ghosn.
Now, Deltawing is trying the tactic a second time with an even more scathing ad in The Tennessean on July 11 and in Automotive News on July 14 that calls the Zeod's design out directly. The bulletin puts the two racecars side by side and asks readers compare their similarities.
According to Deltawing spokesperson Gary Fong, the idea for these ads started after mediation between the company and Nissan broke down earlier this year. "We were trying to bring them to settle it amicably," he said to Autoblog. When that didn't happen, Deltawing wanted to fight the misconceptions in the public about the program and lawsuit. The strategy actually worked, too. "We've seen an opinion change," said Fong. He estimates that before the advertisements the attitude was "90 percent against Panoz," but there has been more support since them.
