I am selling my 2002 Nissan Maxima SE in excellent mechanical condition. The car always starts and runs flawlessly, It runs and drives smooth, straight, and rattle free. It is as tight as new. Everything works as it should. Loaded with ice cold air conditioning, power sunroof, heated leather power seats, BOSE stereo system, and a rare and highly desirable 6 speed manual transmission. The clutch is in great shape. It is smooth and engages properly. No issues.

The brakes are fine. The car just passed NYS inspection but if I were keeping it I would probably replace the tires.

The leather interior is like new.

This car is smooth, powerful, reliable, economical, and a blast to drive. It is roomy enough for the entire family and fast enough for spirited driving.

This is a rare and highly desirable color combination.
The only downside to the car is the paint. It shines well but it was repainted and they didn't do an excellent job. There are usual dings and scratches to be expected from a car from this year.

Clean title in hand. I am willing to drive the car to Nissan or any local mechanic of your choice for a prepurchase inspection. The car is available for sale locally so I reserved the right to end the auction early. Likewise, feel free to contact me with a reasonable offer.

Nissan gets new NA boss, lowered forecasts in management shakeup

José Muñoz, a Nissan and Infiniti sales and marketing vice president, will replace Colin Dodge as Nissan's new North America chief, come Jan. 1, as part of a wide-ranging management shuffle, Automotive News reports. Dodge will remain on Nissan's board, be assigned to special projects and report directly to CEO Carlos Ghosn.
Nissan is working on reorganizing its global operations into six regions, each with a new chief: North America (Muñoz' territory), Latin America, Japan-Southeast Asia, China, Europe and Africa-India-Middle East. Currently Nissan divides the globe into three regions, the Americas, Europe-Africa-India-Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
Nissan also lowered its sales forecast from 5.3-million vehicles to 5.2 million for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2014. Last year, the company sold 4.914 million in the same period. In May, after Nissan's market share had fallen to 7.7 percent, Ghosn said he wants to double sales in the US by 2017 and increase its market share in the country to 10 percent.

The Other Brother
The handler strapped into the carbon fiber race bucket next to me is the only other person outside of yours truly who looks like he thinks this is a bad idea. I've just finished situating myself in the cabin of the very first Nissan Juke-R ever constructed. There are literally thousands of man hours in this single prototype and only four examples of the car total in the entire world. Each one carries a price tag of around $656,400 at current conversion rates, making this both the rarest and most expensive piece of machinery anyone has ever let me get close enough to sniff, let alone drive.
And that's exactly what I mean to do.
