This sale is for one used 1994 Nissan Skyline GTR32.  Mechanically car is sound, body has a few minor spots that are only cosmetic imperfections.  Dash and interior door panels are all good.  Seats not so good, especially the rear right cushion looks as though it had something spilled on it that caused it to deteriorate or it was burned somehow.

This car originally came from Florida, it was shipped to the States from Japan.  It has a clear US title.

Car drives and handles awesomely, exilerating to drive and is very reliable.

SUMMARY:

I purchased this car around 2004 with all the current mods. I haven't made any additional modifications, only routine maintenance.  It runs and drives fantastic, I've taken trips between KY to FL and back with no problems. The motor pulls hard and the body is about a 9 out of a possible 10 in decent condition with a minor ding or two (Of course it's 20 years old). The interior is in decent condition, the Hasemi seat has seen better days, and the right rear seat has as well.  As stated above the AC does not blow cold air, suspect seals are deteriorated.  I suspect replacing the seals and charging with freon it may blow cold air.  Tires are good, probably 10-12K miles left on them. No motor drips or leaks, runs cool.  No transmission drips or leaks.  No disappointments...

Infiniti will move back to Japan from Hong Kong in 2020

Wed, May 29 2019

BEIJING – Nissan's premium brand Infiniti is relocating its headquarters back to Japan from Hong Kong, its home since 2012, to create "more operational efficiencies" with its parent company, according to a document seen by Reuters on Wednesday. The move planned for mid-2020, and expected to be publicly announced later on Wednesday, will help the Japanese automaker cut costs amid a slump in its global earnings in the year ended March 31. "The relocation will further integrate (Infiniti) with global design, research and development and manufacturing functions based in Japan," Nissan said in the statement, adding that Infiniti would continue to "operate independently". The move also was "crucial" for Nissan to follow through on its strategy to electrify the Infiniti lineup, the document said, with plans for every premium model launched from 2021 to be either all-electric or "e-Power" hybrid. A Nissan official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that while there was a "fair amount of platform and other base technology sharing" between Infiniti and the main volume brand Nissan, "there could be more". Nissan's global operating profit plunged 45% in the last fiscal year and would likely drop another 28% to "rock bottom" in the current one, according to company filings earlier this month. Infiniti's move back to Japan will reverse a decision made under ousted leader Carlos Ghosn to dilute the premium brand's Japanese origins in order to foster a more global image. Its Hong Kong headquarters has about 180 employees who were told about the move back to Yokohama earlier on Wednesday, according to the Nissan official. The Hong Kong headquarters and the global image it was intended to promote were seen as critical for Infiniti to make inroads in China, where being Japanese can sometimes be a handicap because of historical animosities. In 2012, Infiniti and other Japanese brands took a battering in the wake of diplomatic spats over disputed islets known as Diaoyu in China and Senkaku in Japan. Since then, Japan's bilateral relationship with China has steadily improved and Japanese automakers including Nissan and Toyota are seeing their businesses expand, even as China's overall auto market has slumped over the past year. Can a car be lifted using rubber bands?

Sat, 19 Jan 2013

It's quite amazing what it takes to lift a car. We already know the feat can be accomplished using just a pair of phone books, but what about rubber bands? To the Internet! A video series appropriately titled "Will It Lift" attempted to find out by using a massive crane and a Nissan Micra weighing less than 1,800 pounds.
Doing a little math, the trio determined that it would take 180 rubber bands to support the car. A metal bar was placed through the window openings and another was place atop the car, and then attached together using the rubber bands and hooked to the crane. Now these aren't any special rubber bands or anything. They're just eight-millimeters thick, but the stunt is testing the rubber bands' power in numbers.
We're not going to spoil it for you, so scroll down to check out the video of the stunt.

Indie rockers Local Natives perform from back of Nissan Rogue

Wed, 16 Jul 2014

Most bands go through a fairly simple trajectory of vehicles to make it to shows. When they form, it's all about just getting to the gig and anything works. As they build a following and start touring a little regionally, they upgrade to a van to fit all of the members and equipment. Finally, if they taste big time success, they move to the tour bus. However, indie band Local Natives is taking an interesting detour from that path in a new promotion from Nissan called Off the Stage for the Rogue.
The members show up to the middle of nowhere in a pair of the CUVs, and in a few minutes the vehicles are set up to be the group's sound system and its stage. This promo also acts as a video for the song Breakers, which is a bit of a slow jam, but the scenery is absolutely beautiful. Scroll down to watch the Local Natives turn the Rogue into a place to perform practically anywhere.
