Well....I never thought I would be doing this. But it's time to let my baby go. You are bidding on an Interlagos Fire 350z Grand Touring Edition. The car has Brembo Brakes and staggered Rays wheels (18x8.5s in front/19x10s rear). You will get compliments. Also, the car was not driven hard or raced and no smoking. Below is an honest to goodness description of the car. If more pics are needed or questions, please email me. Title is clear and on hand.

Condition
Front bumber has usual paint defects from pebbles
Passenger side rims are slightly damaged due to someone not knowing how to park
Right side front bumper has little curve damage
Clutch sensor was sticking or not engaging. It seems to be working fine but I do have the replacement part.
AC/Heat works fine
Heater in seats work fine
Window wipers are great condition
Leather seats little worn but not torn
Engine light is on due to performance parts. Kept coming up as a sensor. I have driven it with no problems for the last 3 years.
Car Fax may show it was broken into. The car received window damage and center console  and radio ripped out. Everything is completely replaced (2011).

Nissan's new GT-R boss says next car will go for more volume

Mon, 07 Oct 2013

Since its introduction in 2008, the Nissan GT-R has seen a steady increase of power and price almost every year, but the big news for the next-gen supercar might be an increase in production. Automotive News recently spoke with newly appointed GT-R chief engineer Kinishi Tanuma who said Nissan needs "more of a volume car." Nissan has sold a little more than 2,000 GT-Rs in the US since 2012 - 1,188 last year and 952 so far this year.
Of course, a key limiting factor in the GT-R's production is its hand-built engine. Currently, only four people are qualified to build the GT-R's twin-turbo V6, but Tanuma says a fifth is in training. Even if production numbers are raised, Nissan also wants to add more quality and value into the GT-R. There is still no word as to what kind of timeframe Nissan is looking to start pumping out more GT-Rs, but with a new Nismo model rumored to be bringing a two-second 0-60 time, demand is sure to be on the rise.

Ever wonder how to really pronounce Japanese automaker names?

Thu, 25 Sep 2014

People tend to get very set in their ways when it comes to the pronunciation of words. Just look at the endless debates over whether or not to say the final 'e' in Porsche (which you should in terms of correct German enunciation). Or the argument about whether to follow the British convention and give the 'u' in Jaguar a special delivery or to say the 'ua' diphthong as more of a 'w' sound, as usually happens in the US.
This short video doesn't answer either of those automotive questions, but it does allow a native Japanese speaker to demonstrate the accepted pronunciations for several, major automakers from the country. One benefit is that it clears up the occasional debate over whether Nissan should be said with a long or short 'i' sound. Also, listen closely to how the female host says Mazda as Matsuda, the way it's actually said in the language. Even if this doesn't change the way you enunciate these brands, at least now you know the accurate way in Japanese.

2015 Nissan Altima pricing released, V6 gets MPG bump

Wed, 04 Jun 2014

Nissan has announced a range of moderate enhancements for its 2015 Altima sedan, starting with a one-mile-per-gallon increase in the highway fuel economy of the top-tier, 3.5-liter V6 engine. The six-pot now returns 32 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg in the city.
The 3.5 SV and 3.5 SL, the mid and top-end six-cylinder trims, also get NissanConnect with Navigation, blind-spot monitoring and lane departure warning. Prices, though, see a commensurate increase.
The starting price for a base, 2.5-liter four-cylinder Altima has been nudged up by $130, to $22,300, not counting the $810 destination charge. The 2.5 S model is down $130, though, to $22,560. Meanwhile, the top-end four-cylinder models, the SV and SL see their prices increase by $380 and $230, respectively.
