I really don't want to sell this car - I love it but I'm getting married
and it's going to be really hard to keep the car and pay for everything.
It's an 07 Nismo 350z, one of the 1600 Nismo cars made. This car is
super special and gets compliments everywhere I drive it. Tastefully
modded but not over the top. The car still has the stock nismo exhaust
and it sounds perfect with just the right amount of noise. But if you
put your foot down you and everyone around you will know it. It pulls
through gears like a champ, and is definitely one of the best handling
cars out there. . . it's like the thing's on rails if you know how to
corner properly.
Here's the mod list. If it's not listed it has the OEM nismo part still. Bride Shift Boot Bride wrapped Center Console Seibon CF hood, custom painted and clear coated Painted door handles Rear Wiper delete Regular OEM 350z Bumper (06+) K&N drop in Filter Z1 motorsports intake tubes Berk High Flow cats. Urethane Exhaust Hangers(no rattle whatsoever) Custom Tune Wheels Are Eurotek U07's 19x9.5 et12 front 19x10.5 et22 Rear Tires are Advan neova ad08 front 225/35/19 Rears are Bridgestone Potenza's 265/35/19 One of the Rear Advan's got a nail close to the sidewall so I switched both rears to the Potenzas. The tires still have at least 80% on the rears and 70% on the fronts, all are evenly worn. Brembo Calipers With EBC Slotted Rotors EBC Yellow Stuff Brake pads Tanabe Pro 5 coils With Custom Rear Perches. Whiteline Sway Bar End Links Kinetix Front A Arms. Kinetix Rear Traction Arms and Camber Arms. Rear Diff brace. The car does need a little work. The Nismo V2 rep is no longer on the car. I was driving down RT 1 and I hit a blown out tire at night in a construction zone. No serious damage was done but the V2 bumper was shot and it cracked the rad support a little, but everything fixed professionally. So it has an OEM Nissan 350z bumper on now. But you can pick up another V2 rep just about anywhere for under $300 The clutch is getting low but still has plenty of life, One of the front wheels is Matte Black. The rest are gunmetal gray. One of the wheels was really badly curb rashed but I couldn't find another gunmetal gray one in my area, so I was just going to powder coat it but I like the way the one black rim looks. I also have an extra black rim that I will include as the right front has some pretty bad rash. Also One of the TPMS is out, so the dash tire pressure light is on. But its Very easy to replace the sensor. And lastly the car does have an R title, the car was crashed at around 27K and fixed and issued the R title shortly after. There is NOTHING wrong with it mechanically. I had my mechanics thoroughly inspect it and they said that it was perfect mechanically; I wouldn't have bought the car if it weren't. I've owned the car since around 40K. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I have the title in hand and I'd like to sell the car soon. Also The car is listed locally, And I have the right to end the auction at any time. Thanks -- Dominic |

Semi-autonomous Nissan Leaf certified for road use in Japan [w/video]
Sat, 28 Sep 2013In order to meet its goal of having an autonomous car in production by 2020, Nissan is going to have be able to test its technology in real-world driving conditions. For this, the automaker has just received a license plate to legally test its semi-autonomous driver assist systems in Japan, marking the first time such technologies have been tested on that country's roads. Not ironically, the license plate number is 2020.
Though not fully autonomous, this Leaf prototype will test various components of a self-driving car including exiting the highway, the ability to stay in its lane and change lanes when needed, stopping at red lights and overtaking stopped or slow traffic. Nissan is also in the process of building a proving ground in Oppama, Japan dedicated solely to autonomous cars, but the ability to test on public roads will obviously play a crucial role in the development of these cars. Scroll down for a short video and press release Nissan posted to mark the occasion.
Is the Chevy Camaro Z/28 a Godzilla Slayer at the track?
Sat, 29 Mar 2014Godzilla. It's a name that strikes fear in the minds and hearts of giant monsters (Mothra!) worldwide, not to mention a number of automobile manufacturers that produce high-performance coupes... including Chevrolet. The Bowtie-cladded company has one rather obvious model that lines up squarely in the sights of the Nissan GT-R, that being the Corvette.
Interestingly, though, Chevy's halo coupe isn't the vehicle the boys from Motor Trend decided to match up at Barber Motorsports Park against the Japanese Godzilla, opting instead for the brand-new Camaro Z/28. A glance at the spec sheet of the Z/28 clears up any consternation regarding MT's choice - more horsepower for the Nissan, more torque for the Chevy and roughly the same weight means they are on pretty equal ground when it comes to what's under the hood.
The rest of the spec sheet looks to tilt the argument in the GT-R's favor (especially considering that MT's test car is a Track Edition model), as it boasts all-wheel-drive traction, a quick-shifting six-speed dual-clutch transmission and a price tag that's about $40,000 higher than that of the Z/28. Oh, and don't forget the GT-R's legendary computer-controlled reflexes. Does any of that matter with a professional race car driver like Randy Pobst behind the wheel? Scroll down and watch the video to find out.
2014 Nissan Versa Note pushes the little hatchback forward
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Alright, truth time: The Nissan Versa isn't exactly our favorite car in the subcompact class. It's certainly competent, reliable transportation, but it's hardly an emotional purchase choice. Perhaps this new version of the Versa, then, can change our minds a bit. Meet the Versa Note - the cuter, five-door version of the li'l sedan, making its debut here at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
Aesthetically, the Versa Note is a pretty pleasant-looking thing; we've seen it before in JDM-spec. It's a decidedly aerodynamic thing, too, with a drag coefficient of just 0.29. And because of that - as well as an efficient little powertrain - the Note will achieve up to 40 miles per gallon on the highway.
Under the hood is Nissan's 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder engine churning out a furious 109 horsepower and 107 pound-feet of torque. Like, well, every other Nissan car, the Versa is equipped with a continuously variable transmission and will drive the front wheels exclusively. Base S models can be had with a five-speed manual transmission, but the moment you step up to a higher trim level, the do-it-yourself shifter goes away.
