Selling a nice running 300ZX. Rides nice and starts and runs good. No tears in seat fabric or carpet. Daughter is going back to school and I don't need 3 cars and a motorcycle. Maintenance done in the last 500 miles includes (have all receipts) but is not limited to: AC retrofitted to R-134 (blows ice cold), new battery, new parking brake cables (not yet installed), new fuel sending unit, new spark plugs, new oil and filter, new air filter, coolant flushed and replaced, transmission fluid replaced with new pan screen and new pan gasket, new wiper blades, new brake pads and rotors, new tires, new outer tie rods, 4-wheel alignment, new right rear brake hose, new front and rear washer pumps, new aftermarket radio/cd player, differential oil replaced. Dash lights are not currently working. |

2013 Nissan Pathfinder: January 2013
Wed, 23 Jan 2013We've now had our long-term 2013 Nissan Pathfinder for about a month, and some impressions are starting to solidify, while others remain contentious among the team. Most notable among those contentious items is our Pathfinder's paint color, which was chosen by vote among the Autoblog team.
Dubbed Mocha Stone, it beat out Cayenne Red by a single vote. I was a Mocha Stone supporter and like it even more in person than on Nissan's configurator. It's a mature choice that can be comfortably placed in the grouping of silver, white and gray tones buyers routinely choose most often over all the colors of the rainbow offered on cars these days for the sake of attention. Staunch opponents of Mocha Stone on the team remain unswayed. Democracy is a difficult process, people.

Ghosn orders Nissan USA to double sales by 2017
Mon, 13 May 2013Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn has just one teensy-weensy request for its United States arm: Double your sales by 2017.
"China was not our biggest, I would say, disappointment. It was mainly the United States. We were expecting a strong year in the United States. It didn't happen," Ghosn said, speaking at a conference after announcing Nissan's 2012 fiscal results, Automotive News reports. Because of this, Ghosn has ordered his US executives to iron out the problems that affected new vehicle launches and to strengthen the company's dealer network.
In 2012, Nissan's US sales rose to 1.1 million units - a five-percent increase, and a record, at that. But the company's overall market share fell from 8.2 percent to 7.7 percent, putting the company further away from its goal of having a 10-percent stake overall.
