1985 Nissan 300zx Turbo No Reserve on 2040-cars
Eugene, Oregon, United States
Very nice original survivor with low miles. Two owners, never abused - the lady second owner has been very particular about maintenance and upkeep; all service is current. Appx. 89K miles, never abused, and all receipts and original documents and tools still with the car. Timing belt changed not many miles ago. Has automatic transmission with selectable overdrive.
Nice glass T-top [with shades] not leaking; paint and body still quite good. Turbo working fine. No rust ever. Tires fairly new; I would not hesitate to drive the car across country.
The original window sticker shows that it came with the two big options: electronic display and leather. The list of standard features on this model is impressive, even today: including heated side mirrors. Interior [non-smoker] is excellent and the seats are in very nice condition [the covers are borrowed and do not come with the car]. A/C working fine, as well as just about everything else. This model has power seats with many adjustments, including lumbar and bolsters. Clear title. Storage ending, so must sell. NO RESERVE. Ask any questions early enough that I can get you an answer quickly. Buyer is responsible for shipping and all arrangements and costs associated with shipping but I will do what I can to meet the shipper and see the car off safely. You are welcome to pick it up in person; fly in, drive home. There are several nice transport services that list with this car - check the transport button next to "description."

Infiniti's new Design Director is American Alfonso Albaisa
Fri, 10 May 2013The man responsible for creating the sleek 2010 Nissan Ellure Concept you see above is now the design director for Infiniti. Alfonso Albaisa (shown at right) has been a member of the Nissan design team for 25 years, but was recently promoted to executive design director for the Infiniti brand.
His past roles at Nissan have included design director for Nissan from 2004 to 2007, vice president of Nissan Design Europe from 2007 to 2011, vice president of Nissan Design America in 2011 and, most recently, he held the title of Nissan's global design director. Aside from Ellure, Albaisa was also responsible for designing the 2012 Nissan Xtrem Concept, "key strategic production vehicles soon to be launched" and he's even contributed to a handful of Infiniti designs. Scroll down for the official press release.
Nissan Canada kills Cube, is US next?
Mon, 12 May 2014Canadians, say goodbye to the quirky Nissan Cube. In fact, it's too late; it's already gone. The question now becomes whether the boxy model gets the axe in the US as well.
Nissan didn't exactly publicize the Cube's Canadian retirement. An Autos.ca reader noticed that the vehicle was no longer listed on the automaker's official site in the Great White North. He tweeted the company about it and was told, "Yes, the Nissan Cube has been discontinued in Canada."
The news certainly makes you wonder what the future for the model is in the US. The Cube isn't exactly a hot seller here, either. According to Nissan's last sales results, it sold just 356 units in April, down 23.9 percent from a year ago, and 1,604 vehicles from January to April, down 33.7 percent. Annual sales were as high as 23,000 units in 2010, but they started dipping as early as 2011.
Nissan bringing 'New Sedan Concept' to Beijing Motor Show
Mon, 10 Mar 2014During the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, Nissan showed off its Sport Sedan Concept (pictured above), an orange creation meant to foreshadow the next generation of the brand's "Four-Door Sports Car," the Maxima. For the 2014 Beijing Motor Show, though, Nissan is going to deliver a Chinese take on a future four-door, with the New Sedan Concept (imaginative name, we know).
Like the Nissan Friend-Me Concept from the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, the NSC has been designed by Nissan Design China in Beijing. Outside of that, information is in short supply. Nissan claims this latest concept is targeted at the Chinese digital lifestyle. Whether it serves as an evolution of the Friend-Me's swoopy design or a regional take on Nissan's Detroit concept, though, remains to be seen.
We'll have the full slate of info on the Nissan New Sedan Concept, along with everything else that happens at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show, when the floor opens on April 23. Take a look below for the official press release from Nissan, which also includes a recap of previously debuted models that will be shown at Beijing.
