Up for sale is my 1990 Nissan 240sx Hatchback with a 5.7L V8 LS1 engine. This vehicle has been in my family since new and I bought it from my cousin in 1992-93. This is a Florida car which means no rust. Entire body was stripped (see pics) to remove imperfections and repainted close to original Nissan color. Car runs and sounds great and has never been raced or abused in any way. I will list the pros and cons of the vehicle so bidders can make an educated decision whether to bid on the vehicle or not. Vehicle is being sold AS IS and there are no returns (I am an individual and not a dealer). Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick-up and/or shipping costs. Nissan Micra overtaken by bees in England
Mon, 19 May 2014A 20,000-insect-strong colony of bees attempted to turn a Nissan Micra into their new hive on Friday. The invasion happened in the English town of Southsea, a suburb of Portsmouth, and is just one of a few unexpected bee swarms in the country in recent days.
The car belonged to a student, who alerted the local council. A beekeeper was called in to move the colony of European honey bees to a safer location, on the roof of a nearby church, where they can be tended to.

Nissan e-NV200 EV charges into Tokyo
Fri, 22 Nov 2013Nissan has already shown its e-NV200 in Detroit and Frankfurt in conceptual form, now its home market is getting an up-close look at the production all-electric compact van at the Tokyo Motor Show. While it doesn't sound like the e-NV200 will be making its way to the US anytime soon, it will go on sale on sale in Europe in the middle of next year and in Japan by early 2015.
The electric NV200 will be built in Barcelona, Spain, and while that EV-minded city has committed to using the van for public transportation, Nissan's hometown of Yokohama, Japan will also put the zero-emission vehicle to work in its public services fleet. Nissan has yet to reveal the production specs for the e-NV200 - including range - we do know that it will share much of its drivetrain with smaller Nissan Leaf. 2014 Nissan Maxima gets new Limited Edition model, pricing
Fri, 30 Aug 2013With a new Maxima expected to debut next year for the 2015 model year, Nissan is only making small changes to its big sedan for 2014. Buyers looking to get behind the wheel of Nissan's "4-Door Sports Car" will be happy to know that the base price for the 2014 Maxima carries over from 2013 starting at $31,000 (*excluding the $810 destination charge).
Aside from two new colors, the only change to the base Maxima S is the addition of a new option group. Sounding very similar to the Sport Package available on the SV, the $750 Limited Edition Package adds smoked Xenon headlights, dark-accented 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler and fog lights. Stepping up to the SV trim level, the Maxima now comes standard with a rearview camera, Xenon headlights and a seven-inch screen, but its price has also been increased by $850, so it starts at $34,090.
