Hello, I'm putting my Lancer Evolution up for sale. Its in excellent shape and runs great. Its got a fresh paint job with a metallic yellow color. I recently bought a new Stage-3 Clutch Kit with about 5,000 miles. Its got a new BOV as well and it sounds great. Everything else is stock and original. The interior is very clean and in good shape. There is a hole forming on the seat of the driver's side which is shown in pictures. The engine has 83,xxx miles so far and is very clean, this is my daily driver to work so there will be a few more miles added to it each day. The picture shown is the actual mileage today. The front fenders are wide-body. The title is Rebuilt because it was in a minor accident. The front bumper was the only thing that was damaged, I bought a replacement myself. It is the "Evo IX" style front bumper, not the original. I also decided to buy the wide-body front fenders because I got a good deal on them. There was no damage to the engine whatsoever. I get compliments about this car everywhere I go. I want to see this vehicle to be in good hands, it still has plenty of life left. If you have any questions about it or would like to see more pictures, just let me know. You can call/text me anytime at 615-55four-8two34. I have a LOW RESERVE!!!

Mitsubishi planning to bring back Lancer as hybrid crossover
Mon, Apr 23 2018It looks like the Mitsubishi Lancer is about to undertake a daring transformation from a ten-year-old sedan to a crossover. The Eclipse has already shed its coupe roots and become the Eclipse Cross, and now it's the Lancer's turn to become a high-rider. The carmaker already teased its future plans with the e-Evolution concept last year (pictured above), again combining a previously successful Mitsubishi nameplate with new crossover intentions. Now, talking to AutoExpress, Mitsubishi's chief operating officer and chief designer both hint of the Lancer taking the shape of the e-Evolution. For Mitsubishi, the Lancer's segment still looks very viable in the next decade, but it doesn't necessarily want to fight the Ford Focus and the VW Golf with a conventional hatchback, let alone a three-box saloon. "We believe we have a solution that could fit the segment", said COO Trevor Mann. "[The segment's] numbers are still expanding in China, so there's appeal. And I think because the segment is so large globally, we've got to take a look at it." The chief designer, Tsunehiro Kunimoto said, "Just because it's C-segment, it doesn't mean it has to be a very conventional hatchback. Maybe we can create a new type of hatchback vehicle. We're thinking quite radically." It is also likely that the Lancer's eventual replacement will use hybrid technology and a Renault-Nissan Alliance platform — and an all-wheel-drive option would still be a nod to the Lancer Evo's heritage, at least partially justifying any use of the Evolution brand. Trevor Mann says the product timeline is largely set until 2025, and the existing crossovers in the portfolio, the Outlander and the Outlander Sport (known elsewhere as the ASX) will get replacements. The company is now directing its attention to the Lancer and the Montero, both of which have last had a major update over ten years ago. The Lancer was phased out in the U.S. last fall after a very long run. Related Video:
Ralliart returns to America for 2023
Wed, Aug 31 2022Mitsubishi announced Wednesday that its storied Ralliart nameplate will return to showrooms for the 2023 model year. The company let slip that its performance sub-brand would make a comeback more than a year ago and even revived it for a show car in Tokyo, but this is the first example of a for-real product shipping with Ralliart branding since it was kicked to the curb in 2010 — years before the compact Lancer it most famously graced was formally discontinued. For now at least, it appears Ralliart will be a largely aesthetic makeover, with alterations limited to "unique body effects, graphics and other rally-inspired touches." We wouldn't be surprised to see larger wheels, sportier tires and perhaps even some suspension adjustments enter the mix down the line, but for now, Mitsubishi seems content to set modest expectations. Look for variants of the Outlander, Outlander PHEV, Eclipse Cross, Outlander Sport and Mirage, all of which will be built in "limited" numbers. Elsewhere in 2023 model year news, the Mirage is losing its manual transmission option in favor of a standard CVT, and its base price will increase by $1,600 accordingly. The Outlander Sport and Eclipse Cross will now come standard with AWD, and the latter's base price will increase to $27,140 (including $1,345 for destination). Mitsubishi says more pricing and trim information for the lineup will be provided at a later date, along with more information about the new Outlander plug-in hybrid; the car itself will arrive in showrooms in Q4. Related Video This content is hosted by a third party. Mitsubishi boss says US operations may break even next year
Sat, 23 Nov 2013Mitsubishi has lost money in its North America operations every year since 2007, but in an interview at this week's Tokyo Motor Show, company president Osamu Masuko said, "If things keep going well, it might be the case that we break even this year," Automotive News reports.
A little context: Last month Mitsubishi predicted that it would lower its operating loss in the region to 4-billion yen ($40.7 million) by March 31, the end of the fiscal year, well below the previous fiscal year's operating loss of more than five times that amount. Reflecting that, production at the Japanese automaker's sole North American factory in Normal, Illinois, has grown to 56,630 vehicles through October, compared to 27,339 through the same period last year.
The plant makes the Outlander Sport for the US and for export to markets such as Russia, the Middle East and Latin America. Interestingly, out of the 56,630 Outlander Sports built at the Illinois plant through October, only 20,150 were sold in the US.
