AC & Heat work. This car is amazing!"

2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT

The car is in great shape, it needs repairs done to the right front control arm, (popping when braking) other than that, no transmission issues or anything of the sort. oil is changed frequently, car is washed frequently. The car has high miles (163,000) But still, it runs like a champ) I installed Halo head lights and LED Tails. The third brake light lights up to show "live wire." I also installed an Ipod hook up to the Auxiliary setting. (fits up until 5th generation I believe)
I did some customizing to the emblems as well (both Bumpers, and Rims). Sound system is great! Rockford Fosgate System factory Installed.

This is a sweet car! It looks and runs great, it is fun to drive! This is a great vehicle for a first driver, someone who wants to modify and add too, or even fix up. This car is highly customizable which makes it so much fun, you're able to do a few simple modifications to this car to make it pop and grab attention. Ever want people to know "your car"? this is that car!

ONLY reason for selling, I adopted a shepherd which I take everywhere and the car is just too small

I also have the original head lights and tails that I will include when sold. ($300.00 Value)

Employee warned Mitsubishi execs about mileage cheating in 2005

Fri, Aug 5 2016

A damning report from the committee brought in to investigate Mitsubishi's alleged fuel economy fixing scandal has revealed a new employee stepped forward and implored the company to play it straight on its mileage data... Eleven years ago. The employee, identified in the report as F, pushed for honesty during a company workshop in February 2005, The Asahi Shimbun reports. The then-new worker told 20 company officials, including senior members of the performance testing department, that the way Mitsubishi measured fuel economy was different from the way government's method. Instead of acting on F's protests, officials said they had no memory of them, the report claims. The four-person committee, made up of lawyers and industry experts, isn't buying the excuse. "It is difficult to accept their explanations that they have no recollections because a new employee pointing out such a problem must have had a (strong) impact," the report read. But F's comments weren't the only internal sign that Mitsubishi allegedly ignored. In a 2011 questionnaire, multiple employees submitted responses claiming that the company had been falsifying data. But according to the committee's report, Mitsubishi's development department issued a report denying there was even a problem, which the company's execs accepted without question. According to The Asahi Shimbun, Mitsubishi CEO Osamu Masuko revealed that an internal investigation – which also denied F's remarks – acknowledged that the company hadn't followed government rules regarding fuel economy measurements since 1991. "We lacked unity needed to detect problems within the company and to solve them," Masuko-san said, backing up the committee report's claim that the company was divided. "From now on, we need to decide how to change our way of thinking." The worst rally driver you've ever seen

Wed, 14 Aug 2013

Fast cars and excellent driving skills might be the easy answers when asking how to succeed in rally racing, but after watching this video, a good teammate is obviously an important aspect of this sport, too. During the 2013 Rally of Coimbatore in India, driver Samir Thapar and his co-driver, Vivek Ponnusamy, didn't seem to be on the same page as the two attempted to navigate the course in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution.
We'd probably hear drastically different stories if we talked to Thapar and Ponnusamy about this particular event, but you know things are bad when "stay on road" and "turn the wheel" are commands given by the co-driver (and yes, that's a man running for his life in the screen shot shown above). As it turned out, though, it seems like the Ponnusamy was justified in his concerns to take care of the racecar. Race results show that despite winning three of the seven stages, this team ultimately ended the race with a DNF.
Scroll down to watch the video, and even though it's been edited down from almost 40 minutes to less than four, we get the idea that it wasn't a pleasant experience for driver or co-driver.
