I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse for sale. It has a 2.0 dohc motor. Aftermarket spark plugs and wires. It runs very quiet and nice. It is a 5 speed manual and the clutch shifts very nice There are no mechanical issues at all with this car. I have always took good care of it. I changed oil every 2000 miles check fluids exc. It has fuzion zr 18 inch low profile tires with about 75-80 percent treat left. It also has the 18 inch chrome pinnacle star wheels on it as well. The car looks very nice. It also has aftermarket euro tail lights and exhaust on it. I just recently put after market halo led headlights that make the car look nice. The body could use a paint job there is very minimal rust on the car a new paint job and this car would be very nice. It does not look that bad as it is as seen in pcis. It does have some small spots of rust on moon roof but can be repaired head liner either needs to be replaced or reglued as it come has unglued in some spots. It also has aftermarket gauges in it along with a lit up shifter knob. It also has a Pioneer dvd cd player that si about a year old in it that is very nice. I would include it if price is right. I also have subs in it with an amp, but that is not included. The front speakers I replaced the factory ones with Alpines. The stereo sounds very nice and loud. The rocker panel on outside does have a small crack in it as shown in pics. It has the power windows and door locks no cruise control. The minor things it needs is what I included in the description and they are very minor. The car mechanically is in great condition. This vehicle I took good care of and it also has low miles on it only 126,000. Also as seen in pics the air bag was deployed due to previous owner in a small accident, but it drives great. The side and back windows are also tinted. The driver and passenger were tinted but tint was too dark so I had to take it off. The bluebook on this vehicle i with all the added extras and nice chrome wheels and stereo that cost me 300 bucks alone i have with rims and stereo and lights over 1500 is around 3800. .All this car needs is a little body prepping and a paint job if you want it too look real nice. This vehicle is very reliable and runs and drives great. It is in mechanically great condition! I am selling due to the fact that I need a bigger vehicle for my family. I really loved this car it is very fun to drive, but I gotta let it go.

Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi adopts Android infotainment in coup for Google
Tue, Sep 18 2018PARIS — The Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi carmaking alliance said on Tuesday it will adopt Alphabet's Google Android operating system, handing a victory to the U.S. tech giant as it pushes for a bigger share of the infotainment market. Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi, with combined sales of 10.6 million vehicles last year, said future models will "integrate Google applications and services" including Maps and the voice-commanded Google Assistant. The move, first reported by the Wall Street Journal, leans more heavily on Big Tech than large or luxury rival carmakers have hitherto been willing to do. Many fear losing control of customer relationships, data and potentially significant future revenue from connected services. Some smaller manufacturers such as Volvo Cars have decided to embed Android Auto in their vehicles. But the scale of the shift by Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi may cause a broader rethink of costly standalone tech strategies. "Major carmakers earlier were reluctant to do business with Google, but this has now changed," said Jauke de Jong, a research analyst at AFS Group in Amsterdam. "More carmakers could follow suit and partner with Google." Until now, carmakers have largely chosen Linux, Microsoft or QNX software to power infotainment. That yields clunkier platforms they can control, but which offer little scope to add new apps or functionality. Far more than just hooking up a phone The news may spell trouble for certain existing auto-tech suppliers such as mapping specialist TomTom, which counts Renault among its customers. Shares in the Dutch group fell by more than quarter after the announcement. In return for handing Google the infotainment keys, the alliance will bring the full clout of Android's thousands of apps to its brands' lineups — which include a strong contingent of affordably priced, no-frills models for emerging markets. The partnership promises "rich user experiences that are currently available only outside the vehicle or, to a limited extent, by connecting an Android device to supported vehicles," alliance development chief Hadi Zablit said. While many volume carmakers offer infotainment "mirroring" to pair with Apple iPhones or Android smartphones, premium rivals such as BMW and Daimler's Mercedes-Benz are investing heavily in their own operating systems, vocal assistants and connected services.
Mitsubishi teases world premiere of new PHEV concept ahead of Geneva
Wed, Jan 28 2015It was a little disappointing to find out that Mitsubishi's "return of a legend" for the 2015 Chicago Auto Show would simply be the North American debut of the GC-PHEV concept. The crossover has a chunky, rugged design that's somewhat attractive, but it's not exactly new to the motoring world. Apparently, the Japanese brand understands the desire to see what's next because the company is now teasing the world premiere of a concept for the 2015 Geneva Motor Show in March. Mitsubishi promises that the still-unnamed concept "is a 'declaration of intent'" for the company's future. The only real hints that the brand drops about the vehicle is that it features a next-gen, two-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid powertrain and is a crossover. Judging from Mitsubishi's two teaser images, the design appears to be cribbing a lot from the brand's own XR-PHEV concept. Up front, the angular nose and headlight design look almost identical, and the pointed rear with integrated taillights seems basically the same, as well. Hopefully, the Japanese brand has something clever going on here and isn't just slightly tweaking a previous design. MITSUBISHI MOTORS AT GENEVA MOTORSHOW 2015 CONCEPT CAR WORLD PREMIERE – A DECLARATION OF INTENT 27/01/15 TOKYO - "A future-oriented attitude: powerful, fast and dynamic". This is the theme of the 85th International Geneva Motor Show official poster in perfect synergy with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation's (MMC's) confident presence this year; from a new dramatic booth design to the sharpness of an all-new concept car. A world premiere in Geneva, the striking concept car is a 'declaration of intent' for MMC's future directions -a powerful embodiment of its next generation 2WD plug-in hybrid electric ("PHEV") technology as well as its bold design renaissance, all contained in Mitsubishi Motors' favorite format of the SUV crossover. The all new Mitsubishi Motors concept - a smart combination of engineering, fluency with a high-output electric motor, low environmental impact, dynamic agility and athletic design. -ENDS -
Mitsubishi Evo tagged with graffiti faster than you can say 'stop!'
Thu, 11 Jul 2013Ladies and gentlemen, meet Maggie Stiefvater, professional artist and musician, New York Times best-selling author and Mitsubishi Evo owner. Because, as she writes, "In my latest novel, The Dream Thieves, a character drives a car that looks just like mine. Only there's a knife painted on the side of his," she decided to graffiti a knife on the side of hers.
And that's how you get the time-lapse video below of Stiefvater, a few aerosol cans and a lot of stencils enjoying a sunny day in the park.
