No Reserve! Heated Leather Seats, Panoramic Roof, Fog Lamps, Cd Player, 5-speed! on 2040-cars

Up for sale is this super clean 2006 Mini
Cooper with the Panoramic roof. This vehicle has only 64,000 miles
and it
looks and drives amazingly! This is also a ONE OWNER vehicle with no
accident history in the autocheck report. Unfortunately, this vehicle
was involved
in a fresh
water flood and is being sold with a salvage certificate from New York.
We are not sure
why this vehicle was branded a flood because we can see no sign of any
water damage at all and the vehicle is in running order with
all the electronics working perfectly (see my video). Every switch and
button in this car is working the way it should. There is absolutely no
reason this vehicle should have been branded a salvage
title.This Mini is super
clean and has a Flame Red exterior with white stripes and a grey
interior. The seats are in like new condition as well as the rest of
the
interior. This C230 Coupe just turned 64k
miles (which is extremely low for this year) and it runs and drives
fantastically. Every
feature in the car is working the way it should including the A/C. The
air conditioning in this car is ICE cold and the heat blows very hot.
This vehicle is ready for its
new owner and needs nothing mechanically done to it. This is a nice
example
of an all original, low mileage, super clean Mini Cooper. And they are
hard to find like this, especially with all these
options! This Cooper has a
4 cylinder BMW-built engine that really
takes off when you need it but it also gets almost 40 miles per gallon
on the highway. This is a very nice, economical, reliable way to
drive. The 6-speed manual transmission only adds to the fun factor and
the gas mileage of this vehicle.
This Mini is loaded up with every possible
option. It has a panoramic power glass roof with dual shades, leather
interior with sport seats, dual HEATED seats, xenon headlamps, factory
installed racing stripes, CD played in-dash,
fog lamps, on-board computer system, steering wheel controls, remote
keyless entry, alarm, cruise control, power windows, power locks, power
mirrors, alloy sport style wheels, four air bags, ABS, tire pressure
monitoring system, 5-speed manual transmission, and too much
more to list. This Cooper has it all. This Mini comes with three original Mini key
fobs. We also have the original floor mats, and the unused spare
tire and jack. The tool kit is complete as well. Its all
there like it was when it was purchased new. This vehicle
was
very well cared for and it
shows. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is
reliable and runs like a dream. The car has all matching Kumho tires
all around and there is a ton of tread left on them. We have driven it
200 miles and it seems to be running and
driving nicely. We changed all the motor and
transmission fluids and the vehicle has good brakes, good rotors, and
good windshield wiper blades. The exterior of the vehicle is super clean. The paint is nice
and
glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The body is in
above average condition and there is no blemishes to point out on
this vehicle at all. The car shows extremely well, especially for its
age. This car also seems to be all original with no paint or
bodywork. The paint shines like glass. The carfax report shows no
accident history. It is hard to find these cars in great shape like
this, this is a real find. The
interior of
the
vehicle is also super clean. The seats
have no cracks or rips and the fabric is very firm and supple. The
dash and door panels are also very nice and clean. All the
interior trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition.
The
interior is perfect condition in my
opinion. This car
is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or
implied. This vehicle is being sold with a salvage title. It is the
buyers responsibility to know the laws and requirements for registering
a salvage vehicle in their state. If you would like to see the car and
test drive it, you are
more than welcome to do so. Also, feel free to ask me about the
buy-it-now price. If you are located outside my
local area, I will assist in any way possible in having the car shipped
to you at your cost. A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made within
24 hours on the auctions end. The remaining balance must be paid in
full by 3 days after the closing of the auction unless other
arrangements are discussed with me in advance. With that being said,
feel free to email, call, or text me at anytime if you have any
questions or concerns. My name is Joe and my number is 347-283-9008.
Thanks and good luck
bidding!

Back in February, Mini invited me to come try out its brand-new Paceman coupe-crossover-hatchback thing in Puerto Rico, and not long after, I spit out a Quick Spin detailing my impressions of the little-big two-door. But here's what I didn't tell you: Mini also let me loose on those fine, curvaceous, tropical roads in its hottest hatch, the John Cooper Works GP. And while that behind-the-wheel gigglefest would have no doubt made for a story laden with positive notes and warm regards, the truth is, I only drove it for 15 minutes, so I couldn't in good conscience offer much of a story to you. (European Editor Matt Davis also got a short stint behind the wheel of the GP late last year.)
So for the sake of due diligence, I buckled down and spent a full eight days with the JCW GP back home in Detroit, just as springtime was starting to stick here in southeast Michigan. But after my time with the Mini, I was wishing that I could have just been left with my GP memories from Puerto Rico, where I was pushing the little hotbox hard around smooth corners and flexing every one of its muscles to eke out the full JCW GP experience in only a short timeframe.

The sixth edition of the Kelley Blue Book Brand Image Awards have crowned a wide range of winners - in a couple of cases the recipient of the laurels might say more about KBB users than they do about the actual winner. Compiled from the responses of more than 12,000 shoppers on KBB.com over the past year, there are 13 categories broken into non-luxury, luxury and truck segments "representing the combined wisdom of the American car-buying public."
The award categories have been revamped this year, with some dropping off, some new ones appearing and at least one other given a new term. What isn't surprising is that Honda won Most Trusted Brand for the second year running, Best Value Brand for the third year in a row and took Best Overall Brand, which wasn't on last year's list of awards.
On our own shores, in the non-luxury categories Chrysler got Most Refined Brand and Buick took Best Value Luxury Brand. Neither one of those marques won anything in last year's Brand Image Awards, while Cadillac, which won Best Interior Design Brand and Best Comfort Brand last year - those awards disappeared this year - went home without a single accolade.

We fell in love with the Mini Superleggera Vision Concept from the moment we laid eyes on it. The little convertible blends retro and modern together better than any Mini in years. There is even more good news about the roadster as well because the company is considering actually building it. We even have some renders of what the production version could look like.
Mini boss Peter Schwarzenbauer tells Automotive News at the 2014 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, that the Superleggera might have a life beyond its debut. "We wanted to test how Mini enthusiasts worldwide were reacting to such a different type of Mini. So far, it has re
ceived overwhelming appreciation," he said to AN. But here's the bad news. All of the unique elements of the droptop wouldn't be cheap to build. Pricing would likely be around 35,000 euros if BMW gives it the green light, according to Schwarzenbauer. It's too early to know whether the road car would use the electric motor from the concept or something more conventional.
