My husband purchased this vehicle for me about a year ago when I needed a 3rd row car and LOVED this one...however I have only used the 3rd row a couple times and would now like something smaller. We have had ZERO problems or complications with this vehicle...it has ALL of the bells and whistles...one of my favorites is the DVD players in the back for my 2 children as well as a DVD player in the front seat that when in park you can watch a movie (i do this in the car pick-up line on occasion...haha!)

The only problems with the car are VERY MINOR and are shown in detail in my photos...1.the 3 row on the right side doesn't fully lock down...it doesn't bother me at all so I never even looked into getting it fixed (see photo...raised about 1 inch) 2.rubber tubing on 1 of the inside doors has wear and tear (see photo...again, not a big deal to me but an inexpensive fix) 3.the boat trailer was stuck and caused a dent that could be pounded out (see photo) 4.driver seat on left side is smooth from getting in and out...leather still very thick and shows NO SIGNS of tearing or breaking whatsoever(see photo)

Mercedes-Benz Concept GLA gets official ahead of Shanghai

Mercedes-Benz has something special planned for the Shanghai Motor Show - a new CUV concept that we first saw when it leaked on the internet yesterday. The GLA Concept compact crossover will hit the show stand with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 208 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and 4Matic all-wheel drive, and likely previews a new production model that we've already spotted testing.
That's not news, but the laser-based headlamps with video-projecting capability certainly are. Mercedes-Benz says the array can project any image or video onto a screen, which is handy since there are a pair of HD cameras mounted to the roof rack. The cameras can be removed and taken with you on all sorts of adventures. The lamps also feature a visible cooling system comprised of a series of fans, and the system helps give the headlights their "sparkle" effect.
Step indoors and the GLA offers up the interior of a high-quality crossover, complete with contrasting leather and plenty of aluminum. The automaker says the cabin was inspired by saddle craftsmanship with "more than 65 feet of hand-stitched seams to hold the raw edges of the leather together."

Maybach officially discontinues all models for 2013

The word "Maybach" has joined the long list of synonyms for the word "kaput." Mercedes-Benz released the price list for the 2013 models of its super-luxury sedans, with the price column simply stating "Discontinued" for each one of them.
The 2012 models, should there be any left for 11th-hour buyers, maintain the increased MSRPs that Daimler slapped on them late last year after it was known the brand would be terminated next year. But you might still be able to wrangle that $100,000 rebate if you ask nicely, or in Russian, or have Rick Ross ask for you.
It shouldn't be too long before we see the ultimate version of the next generation S-Class, the S600 Pullman, that will replace Maybach. Intriguingly, it's said the Pullman will be offered with every S-Class engine, even the four-cylinder diesel.
