Black on black, original paint, upgraded wheels with recent tires. Runs great ,drives straight, all windows, locks, ventilation, auto rear hatch, interior lighting, radio, power seats etc work as they should. Rear headrest LCD's, dual sunroof, navigation, parking sensors, heated seats and dual zone climate control including the rear. The seats, carpet and door panels are excellent. I would give the exterior paint a 7/10, there are a couple of scratches that were touched up and like most black paint, there are some swirl marks from the car wash however a good wax will make the exterior look beautiful. No accidents. There are no dummy lights on with exception to the tire pressure sensor. The wheels I purchased did not include TPMS. I will have the car detailed for the winning bidder. . I purchased it certified pre-owned for a GM Dealership about 10 months ago, since then the vehicle has been very well maintained. Some of the recent work is listed below with receipts to prove. New spark plugs New synthetic transmission service New rear air bag suspension Mobile 1 oil change Mercedes Anti Corrosion Coolant flush Front Suspension links Wheels/Tires Cabin Filter Air Filters Please note he car is not brand new, the engine transmission and major components run excellent, however there are some minor things that aren't perfect. These things didn't bother me much but I will do my best to disclose them below. 1 front vent will need the small plastic piece that turns the vent right/left crazy glued, it does work but doesn't sit right. Some of the silver trim on the steering wheel is peeling off. The compartment above the ashtray will occasionally pop open when you hit a bump. 1 rear LCD has some lines on the screen There is a plastic peace missing off the rear seat ((see pictures) It is not a hole. The Navigation will need a new cd. Steering occasionally gets sticky when at a full stop. Comes with 1 key and all owner manuals. The spare tire and first aid kit is there and untouched. I have clean title in hand. Car is in Toronto, near Buffalo. I have contacted a few transport companies and can ship the vehicle anywhere in the US between $1000--$1600 (will cover the difference if it's more) and will arrange it once vehicle is paid in full. Purchaser can choose whatever method of payment they are comfortable with however any fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser can also arrange for there own shipping. LOW RESERVE, PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU CAN PAY! I NEED THE MONEY FOR PROPERTY TAXES SO PLEASE BID SERIOUSLY. A DEPOSIT of $1000 MUST BE PAID RIGHT AWAY

Editors' Choice: Top Five 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show Debuts

Thu, Sep 17 2015

Consider the 2015-16 auto show season officially kicked off. The Frankfurt Motor Show offered a great look at the newest crop of production cars and conceptual machines, and brought some old favorites back into the spotlight for a closer look. (The Alfa Romeo Giulia, for example, debuted in June, but this was the first time most of us saw it.) Now that the dust has settled and we're all on flights back to the US, our editors cast their votes for their personal favorites from the Frankfurt show. These are the cars we truly loved seeing the most. But unlike other shows, there was no one runaway winner – all of the Top Five received positive praise from our team. We won't spoil the results, though. Scroll down to see what we liked most from this year's Frankfurt expo. 5th Place – MERCEDES-BENZ IAA CONCEPT View 12 Photos MIKE AUSTIN: The clean lines on this concept have me excited for a more elegant beauty to future Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Next to the Concept IAA, the lovely S-Class Coupe looks like an overstyled barge. DAVID GLUCKMAN: Yeah, the extendable rear is neat and all, but I'm more interested in the front-end styling of this one. It looks like the Tron version of a 300SL, in a good way. I'm hopeful it portends the future of Mercedes design. STEVEN EWING: I was super impressed when Mercedes said that, with the rear end extended, this concept has a drag coefficient of just 0.19. That's crazy aerodynamic. I'm not head-over-heels about the styling, but I think the lessons learned from this concept are really important, and will play a huge role in the future of Mercedes' products. 4th Place – ALFA ROMEO GIULIA View 15 Photos SEYTH MIERSMA: I can hardly express how in love with this car I am. The styling feels creative, modern, and evocative, without going over the top. The proposed performance is spectacular. And the Alfa badge speaks to a legacy of romantic motoring. DAVID GLUCKMAN: Pretty Italian car makes big promises and will probably deliver on about three quarters of them. I think that will still be enough for me. JEREMY KORZENIEWSKI: I'm really intrigued by the Giulia. It looks great, sounds awesome, and I'm expecting it to have a load more character than its German rivals. I hope I'm not disappointed. 3rd Place – JAGUAR F-PACE View 15 Photos GREG MIGLIORE: It's the first SUV for Jaguar, and I think they nailed the design, capability, and electronics. It's the right car at the right time.

Test drive the Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive with Chris Harris

Thu, 11 Apr 2013

It's hard to not like the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT. The all-aluminum coupe is fitted with a wonderful naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 delivering 583 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque. Not only does the burly combustion engine launch the two-seater to 60 miles per hour in less than four seconds, but it does so with one of the world's greatest exhaust soundtracks as it roars, burbles and cackles down the road.
But what happens when Mercedes-Benz takes away the V8 and its accompanying fire-burning song? Stripped of one of its most appealing assets, does the SLS lose its soul?
Chris Harris recently had the opportunity to take the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive for a track spin in Europe. Sans gasoline, but with four electric motors providing a combined 740 horsepower (737 pound-feet of torque), all-electric all-wheel drive coupe uses sophisticated torque vectoring and a multi-mode operating system to put oversteer - drifting! - back into the equation. Fun? You bet. See for yourself, below.
