The body on this
CLS is in excellent condition overall. The car is finished in Iridium Silver Metallic,
which is an absolutely gorgeous color and is worthy of any occasion. The paint
on the car has been garage kept and is overall very nice for the mileage. The
tinted lights and blacked out accessories compliment the color scheme established
by the beautiful three piece wheels. The car does have the expected rock chips
up front which have been professionally touched up as much as possible. The
body is all arrow straight without a single ding or scratch. All four HRE
wheels look very nice with newer Hankook
tires. Overall condition of the exterior is a 9 out of 10!
The interior is in
great shape all around. The Charcoal Black Nappa leather interior and dark
burlwood trim is all very nice and doesn't show any ware at all. All seats,
door panels, and carpets are in very good condition and look like new. The
interior is extremely comfortable and well optioned. All accessories work
inside the car including the heated and cooled seats, power rear shade, Navi,
CD Player, sound system, etc. The car has never been smoked in and has a fresh
smell of fine woods and leathers. Overall condition of the interior is a 10 out
of 10. The interior is finished off with a set of AMG floor mats.
Mechanically, this
CLS runs like a top. I can?t describe how nice this car drives and how much
power it puts down. It is extremely smooth and luxurious, but with the stomp of
your foot you unleash all the supercharged power of the AMG V8. AMG's motto is "One Man, One Motor" and that
plain and simply means that this motor is hand built by one craftsman from
block to finished power plant, and he signs his name to his work of art.
DynoComp then took this work of art and added the Weistec Supercharger Kit and
accompanying mods. The motor provides ample power to move the car around and
will burn the tires off if you are not careful. 760hp rockets this sled 0-60 in
around 3.1 seconds. All that power needs
to be stopped, which is done by a set of Brembo GT brakes; 6 piston up front
and 4 piston in the rear, mated to their signature 2 piece vented free floating
disks. All correct accessories are in place and the motor has been completely
cleaned and detailed to original condition. This car has a fully documented
extensive aftermarket service history since day one which will be included with
the car. Dealer print-offs of warrantee work as well as customer pay
information are also available. The car was always dealer serviced and
maintained. The car has had all of the work done at DynoComp and can be
confirmed via the build archives on their website (links provided below). The
car is tight as a drum with no leaks. This car has absolutely no mechanical
flaws what so ever, and all service records will accompany the car. She's ready
for the road! The car will come with
all original tools, spare, jack, full set of factory floor mats, all service
history and receipts, all original books, and remotes. Please Google CLS63 Dynocomp Weistec to view there webpage about the build of this car. Ebay wont allow me to give the direct links or pleae email if interested and I can send you over to the link if you cant find it.
All in all, this is one heck of a nice car to
drive and will get compliments as well as stares everywhere it goes. This is a
low mile car with extensive modifications that provides a comfortable, classy
cruiser that definitely has that whole lot of punch whenever you want it. If
you have been searching for a very nice CLS in one of the best color combos,
the search ends here. The car has a clean Arizona title.

More than at any other race, the Monaco Grand Prix question is: which combination of demolition derby, Safety Cars, and bad pit strategy will decide the podium? Last year Lewis Hamilton's late, confounding pit stop cost him victory. The year before, Nico Rosberg's qualifying "mistake" put him on pole and Mercedes-AMG Petronas' pit strategy sealed his win – good for Nico, bad for Hamilton and the rest of the field. In 2013 Hamilton dropped from second to fourth when he lollygagged in the pits. In all three years, Rosberg won. The new X factor for 2016: a Red Bull resurgence that helped Daniel Ricciardo clinch his first career pole. Nevertheless, bad pit strategy had its say in the results. Ricciardo built up a 13-second lead by Lap 15 in spite of heavy rains that forced the Safety Car to lead the first eight laps of the race. Ricciardo stopped on Lap 23 to switch to intermediate tires for the drying track, ceding the lead to Hamilton. Hamilton pitted from the lead on Lap 31 for softs, then Red Bull pulled Ricciardo in again on Lap 32 and made a snap decision to put him on ultra softs, but the tires weren't ready when Ricciardo reached his pit box. What should have been a three-second pit stop turned into a 13.6-second pit stop. Ricciardo left the pits as Hamilton came down the straight and the Aussie lost the lead into the first corner. Despite two attempts to pass later in the race, Hamilton finished first, the Aussie second. It's the second race in a row where pit strategy cost Ricciardo a near-certain win. Conversely, Force India nailed both tire strategy and pit timing with Sergio Perez. The Mexican started in eighth but got into third before half the race was done, passing four cars in the pits, and finished on the podium's final step. Otherwise the order barely changed from about half distance, with Ferrari driver Sebatian Vettel in fourth, followed by Fernando Alonso in the McLaren, Nico Hulkenberg in the second Force India, Rosberg in the second Mercedes, Carlos Sainz for Toro Rosso, Jenson Button in the second McLaren, and Felipe Massa taking the final point for tenth for Williams. Storms didn't only hover over the area, though – dark clouds hung around several teams and drivers. Mercedes' reliability is no longer so reliable. The Silver Arrows suffered engine issues on both cars in qualifying, and Hamilton's problem almost kept him from setting a time in Q3.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Do you like the Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class, but just donÂ’t think itÂ’s fancy or expensive enough as it is? Maybe the AMG version is too audaciously sporty or you'd prefer a completely different flavor of garish. Maybe you donÂ’t want to be seen driving the GLS at all. If youÂ’re looking for the perfect GLS to be driven in, but need to make sure you look more like the type of fat cat to blow money on lavish, boozy dinners and decorative fountains than the pro baller who splurges on a home gym and tennis courts, Mercedes finally has the giant SUV just for you: the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600. Is this tongue-in-cheek straw man in any way indicative of an actual Maybach owner? Who knows. We can barely comprehend how rich someone might be who can afford this $161,525 ultra-luxury SUV (before any options) let alone actually know someone of such largesse. Nevertheless, the GLS upon which it's based is certainly no stranger to us. We first drove the GLS 470 in Austria's Tyrolean Alps, sampled the AMG GLS 63 in the Columbia River Gorge, and nominated its bouncy E-Active Body Control suspension for AutoblogÂ’s 2020 Technology of the Year Award. Most of the same ingredients are present in the Maybach 600, but just one look at this two-tone luxury liner requires you to rethink the scope of what the GLS can do. While the overall body style looks more or less the same, there was no mistaking our tester for an ordinary GLS, or even an extraordinary AMG model. The two-tone paint — Lunar Blue Metallic below, and Iridium Silver Metallic from the beltline up — shouts to passersby (in an aristocratic German accent, presumably) that thereÂ’s something different going on here. The optional wheels, which get their own Maybach design, measure an absolutely massive 23 inches. Perched on the nose is the nearly extinct Mercedes hood ornament. The final giveaway comes when you move in a little closer and see the Maybach badging on the grille, tailgate and D-pillars. But seriously, that paint job is something else. The exterior doesnÂ’t quite do justice to what awaits within. The driverÂ’s door opens to a rich, inviting and clearly technologically advanced cockpit. The dual screen dash housing the instrument panel and infotainment touchscreen is becoming familiar from GLS down to GLA, as are the multitude of controls on the wheel and center console with which one can easily interact with them.

We can summarize the 2016 German Grand Prix in one sentence: Mercedes-AMG Petronas driver Lewis Hamilton started second on the grid, passed pole-sitter and teammate Nico Rosberg before the first corner, and dominate to the finish. In fact, Hamilton turned his engine power output down on Lap 3 and still took the checkered flag seven seconds ahead of Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo. Ricciardo's teammate Max Verstappen crossed the line another six seconds back. Rosberg fell to fourth at the first corner and couldn't find the pace to reel in the Red Bulls. His questionable pass on Verstappen didn't help when the stewards penalized Rosberg five seconds; the overtake reminded us of Rosberg's move on teammate Hamilton in Austria. That penalty turned into eight seconds when the Mercedes-AMG Petronas stopwatch didn't work in the pits. Ferrari pilots Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen finished fifth and sixth. Those six drivers all started in the top six, too. Behind them, on Lap 28 of the 67-lap race the next four drivers were Valtteri Bottas in the Williams, Nico Hulkenberg in the Force India, and Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso in McLarens. Low fuel and old tires put the kibosh on Alonso's pace just four laps from the finish, allowing Force India's Sergio Perez to pass, rounding out the top ten. The issues up for debate during the four-week break are far more interesting than the weekend's race. As bad as Ferrari's day might have been – and we'll get to that – Rosberg probably took the biggest hit, losing the race before the first corner for the second weekend in a row and falling 19 points behind Hamilton. Rosberg won the first four races of the season, then the teammates tripped over one another in Spain. Hamilton's won six of the seven races since Spain, Rosberg's best result in that time is a second-place in Hungary. Hamilton turned his engine down on Lap 3 (!) because he's used his entire season's allotment of five turbochargers and five MGU-Ks. Those early-season gremlins now have him on edge of grid penalties. Unless Hamilton's momentum cools off in August, however, that reliability danger might be the only dent in his armor. Rosberg, who once led the Championship by 43 points, will surely drown in his thoughts – and maybe schnapps – over the summer break. Whatever the Italian word for "meditation" is, there'll be a lot of it at Ferrari during the F1 summer break.
