You can buy this car and drive it anywhere in the united states. It is fast, fun, and powerful. The top works perfectly. It looks impressive with the upgraded 2005 grille and headlights. It has a new aftermarket 7 inch touchscreen gps/radio/dvd player with manuals and remote, which was professionally installed. the ac blows cold. I was hit driving last summer in a minor accident and everything was professionally repaired and repainted. The back tires are new, the front tires need replaced soon but still have tread, they are just mismatched. the engine light is on because it has a sticky EGR valve. It most likely isnt bad and just needs cleaned up. if its bad they cost about $140. It doesnt affect the performance of the car. the leather interior isnt beautiful. It looks like an 11 year old car thats been out in the Florida sun a lot. I currently have it garaged here in ohio for the winter and it has never been driven in the snow that i know of. Ive had 4 of these and im selling it so i can buy a newer one in the spring. If you are coming from out of town i will pick you up at the airport and accommodate you however i can, just be prepared to BUY and not waste my time. If you have a shipper i will work with them however i can provided that YOU pay them in advance and the car is fully paid for with cash in my pocket before it leaves. Mercedes C-Class Coupe due to go on sale next December
Sat, Dec 6 2014While we expect to see the coming Mercedes C-Class convertible sometime next year, perhaps at the Paris Motor Show, Auto Motor und Sport reports that the C-Class Coupe will go on sale in December 2015 (probably in Europe first) - it's possible we'll see it debuted at the same time as the cabrio. The German magazine says the two-door will have sharper lines on a body that is four inches longer, almost two inches wider and a fraction of an inch lower than the sedan, dimensional aggrandizement that will be put to good effect on the AMG version coming in 2016. We'll have to wait for information on powertrains, which should hew to the sedan's lineup in addition to whatever else M-B might bring over here, topped off by the 503-horsepower, twin-turbo V8 in the AMG variant. Speaking of which, the 'last-generation' C63 AMG Coupe is still on sale until spring of next year, if you're a fan of the classics. Or you can wait on news of the C-Class four-door coupe, if niches inside of niches are what you're really after.

Mercedes-Maybach Pullman is the luxury car for the discerning dictator
Fri, Mar 16 2018For decades, Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Maybach cars have been the ride of choice for leaders across the globe, presidents, ambassadors, dictators and despots alike. The Pullman model — a long-wheelbase six-seat variant — has been particularly popular with this select clientele. This week, the German automaker announced the latest version of the car, the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman S650. Essentially, this is a stretched version of the V12-powered Maybach with two rear-facing seats just behind the front row. Mercedes is calling this vis-a-vis seating. There's also a partitioning glass between the front seats and the rear cabin. This is of course to help prevent the chauffeur from learning and spilling any state secrets or plans for plans for secret moon bases. New for this model is a front-facing camera for rear-seat passengers. This allows occupants to watch for any oncoming obstacles, barricades or road blocks. Visually, there's no mistaking the Pullman for another Maybach or really anything else on the road. The car is 21.3-feet long, 4.5-feet longer than the standard Maybach or roughly the size of two and a half Smart Fortwo placed bumper-to-bumper. The requisite 20-inch 10-hole wheels are present and the standard pinstripe Maybach grille has been updated with a slightly new design. The car only comes in S650 trim, meaning it's powered by a 630 horsepower 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12. As expected, the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman isn't cheap. Orders have started, but be prepared to shell out at least $615,000 before adding any custom touches.
