2000 Mercedes-benz Clk430 Amg Convertible 2-door 4.3l 46k Miles Must See Vehicle on 2040-cars
Belleville, Michigan, United States
You are viewing a 2000
Mercedes Benz CLK430 AMG with 46k in very good condition, picture in the
listing doesn’t quite show 46k but it
does now we took it to the woodward dream cruise here in Michigan today which is a big
event that happens every year and when we pulled it in the garage this evening
odometers said 46k. This is my wife’s car which we purchased from a dealer in
FL earlier this year and she never seen to find time to drive it because she say she like driving
her truck better so it’s been sitting in the garage for most of the time we
have own it (we are the second owner’s) so we have decided to sale it. This is
a very nice car that needs nothing and everything thing works in the car as
well. You can get in this car and drive it anywhere you like from Michigan to
California it is in top mechanical condition. When we purchased the car I
upgrade the full sound system with all top of the line Alpine stereo equipment,
and upgraded the wheels from 17inch to 19 inch. The rear size is 255/35/ZR19
and the front tires are 235/35/ZR19…..tires are top-of-the-line Yokohama and
the wheels are staggered. As I said all four speakers were upgraded to alpines
speakers as well as the two tweeters along with adding two amps, a alpine sub
woofer which is mounted in the same place the factory one was mounted with a
back up camera also. The alpine head unit is model number INE-S920HD which is
the navigation unit with HD, Pandora and Sirius XM ready radio. It also has
Bluetooth so you can pair your smartphone with it as well. You can also watch DVDs and video's while in motion but I wouldn't recommend. This vehicle speaks for itself these
pictures were taken today they are not old pictures that some seller like to
use when they list something. This is a VERY nice
car and like the old saying goes you get what you pay for…….you will not be
unhappy with this vehicle whenever it has been driven it has gotten a lot of
compliments. This vehicle is also listed locally and we reserve the right to end the auction at anytime if vehicle is purchased locally. Any questions email me. Thanks |

Chris Harris and David Coulthard wring out a Mercedes Fintail at the N"urburgring
Thu, 17 Oct 2013If there's one thing we've learned from the latest video from Drive, it's that the combination of Chris Harris and David Coulthard will produce some very quotable moments. Take this exchange, for example.
DC: "We are by some way the slowest."
CH: "But we're in a class of three cars, apparently."
2020 Colorado Winter Driver's Notes | Behind the Wheel S02 // E12
Mon, Apr 6 20202020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 I’ve had bad luck with SUVs this winter. Especially performance ones. First, I got a 2019 Range Rover Sport SVR delivered on summers right as two feet of snow fell, rendering it undriveable. Then, coronavirus cancelled Easter Jeep Safari as well as my trip out to Moab in the 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Diesel. Thankfully, when this 469 horsepower luxury mall crawler was dropped off, the sun shone down and the snow (mostly) held off. The first thing that I noticed was there were a few blank buttons throughout the cabin, something that you may see in an entry model vehicle, but IÂ’m not accustomed to seeing in an AMG. Not a great look for a vehicle with an $80,000 price tag. Thankfully that was where the disappointment ended. As soon as you press the start button, the engine fires up and the exhaust note is incredible. Hopping on the highway ramp near my house, I floored it, and the biturbo V8 had me pressed back into the driver's seat, and this wasnÂ’t even the S version that our staff drove last year. Inside and out, the GLC 63 was everything youÂ’d expect from Mercedes. The interior was immaculate, and while the infotainment wheel and touch pad may take some getting used to for someone who isnÂ’t familiar, by now I have it down so that I can use it without looking. And while the V8 left me smiling ear to ear, I was most impressed by the amount of useable interior space there is. I happened to be moving at the time of this review and while all of my large furniture was shoved into the back of a moving van, I was able to fit almost everything else in the back of the GLC. 2019 and 2020 Fiat 500X Trekking ItÂ’s hard to say goodbye to an AMG and then turn around and be excited when a Fiat 500X pulls in your driveway (I know, I know, automotive journalist problems). That being said, when the red Fiat pulled up, I found myself admiring it. I am very familiar with the 500X. Back in 2016 Autoblog had one for a year as our long term test vehicle. I drove that car everywhere, multiple trips up north in Michigan, and even tracked it at Gingerman Raceway for a few laps before the brakes started smoking. The 2019 model I had in my driveway and the 2020 model I drove in the snow up in the mountains feel very similar to that car. The interior is stylish and surprisingly roomy. The greenhouse is airy.
The Scaldarsi Emperor I is a Mercedes-Maybach S600 taken to 11 on the bad-taste scale
Thu, Aug 18 2016The custom car world is filled with vehicles designed by people that don't know when to quit. The Scaldarsi Emperor I, shown here in all its awful rose-gold glory, appears to have been designed by an enthusiast of the KFC Double Down. It's a hideous creation and we can't let it pass without saying so. We also can't look away. Scaldarsi's so-called "artists" have thoroughly reworked what was a perfectly wonderful Mercedes-Maybach S600. In addition to the 24-karat rose gold accents, the company has crafted a new front fascia and modified the side and rear treatments. Inside, the general S600 shape remains, but new leather and wood cover nearly every surface. Your insane imagination will not be tamed, as there are 24 colors for the leather, 24 types of animal hides, 78 types of wood, and 16 exterior body colors available. The result, at least in the publicity shots, is a mix of awkward textures and seats that look like a pile of colorful marshmallows. Those interested in purchasing an Emperor I can option custom-engraved champagne glasses, matching tote bags, and even an Emperor Edition Rolex watch. If the standard key fob is too common for your taste, they'll make you one custom. Watch out for that Scaldarsi logo, though – it looks mean enough to rip through your pocket and take a chunk out of your leg. We will give Scaldarsi credit for wisely letting Brabus handle the power. The Emperor I uses the 6.3-liter twin-turbocharged V12 from the Brabus Rocket 900. This 888-horsepower monster is a tuned version of the V12 AMG uses in the S65, SL65, and G65. The Emperor I has an estimated 0-60 mph time of just 3.7 seconds, which is quick enough to leave stoplights before anyone recognizes you behind the wheel. Scaldarsi is asking a mere $1.5 million for each of 10 examples being created. If you miss out on the Emperor I or are some kind of twisted completist that needs one of each, this just the first in a series of customs the company will offer. Next up is the Emperor II (a Mercedes-AMG S65 Coupe), which will be followed by the Emperor III (Bentley Bentayga), Emperor IV (Mercedes-AMG G65), and Emperor V (Bugatti Chiron). Lord help us all.
