IF YOU ARE INTERESTED EMAIL ME AT: melainenaes@netzero.net .
Up for sale is a 2009 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG. I am the second owner, and the car has 51,750 miles on it. Car is in
great condition, needs nothing. I have 4 brand new Sumitomo HTR Z III tires that haven't been put on yet.
Car is bone stock, zero modifications done to it.
Car has had the 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k services all done at Mercedes-Benz
Has the following options:
1. AMG leather seating package. This gives you real premium leather, driver and passenger memory seats, 4-way
power adjustable steering column.
2. Multimedia Package. Enhanced voice control for audio, COMMAND system, navigation, hard drive, retractable
screen, Harmon/Kardon Logic 7 surround system.
3. Premium 2 Package. Garage door opener, auto dimming mirrors, heated front seats, bi-xenon headlights with
cornering illumination, rear sunshade.
This car sounds amazing, and looks incredible. Car gets compliments everywhere it goes, and just about everyone
will try to race you when you're driving the car. Your ability to restrain yourself will be tested daily, just a
heads up. The wide fenders, front bumper, side skirts, lip spoiler, and true quad exhaust really stand this car
apart from regular C classes in the looks department.
I'm getting around 17mpg when I drive the car. On highways, I get over 20mpg. You'll hear stories of people getting
9-11mpg, but it really depends on how you drive the car. In one of my pictures, you'll notice the average MPG is
over 17 over the course of the past 5000 miles or so. I don't think you'll have any other C63 AMG models with MPG's
like that. That shows you that this car has been adult driven.

Next Mercedes-Benz GLK to get AMG variant? Not likely...
Fri, 15 Mar 2013If you think Mercedes-Benz will slap an AMG badge on anything with wheels, think again. Word has it the German manufacturer will not offer buyers a performance version of the GLK, with Tobias Moers, director of AMG vehicle development, saying that he doesn't see a market for the car. That's not to say the picture won't change in the near future, however. According to CarAdvice.com, AMG is keeping a close eye on the arrival of the Porsche Macan.
"Maybe there will be a change in the market when the Porsche [Macan] comes up," Moers said, "but right now, no."
The real hitch in the giddy-up seems to be cost. Moers says developing the machine into something worthy of an AMG would represent "a huge investment." We can't exactly argue with that. Fortunately, AMG buyers have plenty of Mercedes-Benz models to choose from.
Maybach officially discontinues all models for 2013
Tue, 14 Aug 2012The word "Maybach" has joined the long list of synonyms for the word "kaput." Mercedes-Benz released the price list for the 2013 models of its super-luxury sedans, with the price column simply stating "Discontinued" for each one of them.
The 2012 models, should there be any left for 11th-hour buyers, maintain the increased MSRPs that Daimler slapped on them late last year after it was known the brand would be terminated next year. But you might still be able to wrangle that $100,000 rebate if you ask nicely, or in Russian, or have Rick Ross ask for you.
It shouldn't be too long before we see the ultimate version of the next generation S-Class, the S600 Pullman, that will replace Maybach. Intriguingly, it's said the Pullman will be offered with every S-Class engine, even the four-cylinder diesel.
Mercedes dealers authorized to spend $2,500 on perks for S-Class customers
Mon, 02 Dec 2013If you drop $100,000 on a luxury sedan, it seems only reasonable to receive some preferential treatment at the dealership you purchased from. After all, that price isn't just for the car - you're paying for the brand and all the cachet that entails. For Mercedes-Benz, those benefits have apparently been lacking relative to the German brand's luxury competitors.
That's set to change, though, as Automotive News reports that the German brand is placing a much greater emphasis on keeping its customers happy and loyal with its MB Select program. Starting with the new S-Class and spreading to the CLA-Class (and eventually beyond), dealers are being given money - up to $2,500 in the case of the flagship sedan - just to improve the customer experience.
We agree, improving the "customer experience" is quite a vague term, so it's nice that Mercedes USA's CEO, Steve Cannon, offered up some examples to AN at the LA Auto Show. For example, a customer couldn't fit his sunglasses into the overhead compartment. "So we bought him a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses that fit because of their shape," Cannon said.
