production 13,879. 1993 total 9976, 1994 total 3403 and 1995 total 500. This car is one of 500, only 62 were made
in Brilliant Black with the PE P (Popular Equipment Package) so 1 of 62. This is a VERY RARE car. It is sad to note
that many experts believe there are fewer than 6000 3ed Gen RX7 remaining. That number is difficult to verify but
likely true. So many of these 3ed Gen cars were totaled or not properly cared for.
This car is an extremely good value, in my opinion nothing comes close to the look or performance for many times
the price. Also I think this car is likely to appreciate based on its desirability and rarity.

Mazda considers expanding Takata recall nationwide
Tue, Dec 9 2014Vehicle recalls have come in force recently. Honda expanded its front driver's side Takata airbag inflator recall nationwide to cover an estimated 5.4-million vehicles, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration added 19 notices to its database covering safety campaigns dating back to October. It looks like there could be one more to add to the list soon because Mazda is considering a possible nationwide expansion of its own inflator repairs. A company spokesperson tells Reuters that there is no decision yet when to actually make this nationwide expansion of the driver's side inflator recall official, and the company isn't sure how many vehicles may be affected. Mazda just expanded the scope of its Takata inflator recalls to additional regions earlier in December. The move took its total number of units in need of repair from around 65,000 under the earlier NHTSA estimate to 86,773, according to the company. So far, the automaker's US campaign has included the 2003-2007 Mazda6, 2006-2007 MazdaSpeed6, 2004-2008 Mazda RX-8, 2004-2005 MPV and 2004 B-Series pickup.

Mazda CX-5 getting mild refresh
Thu, 14 Aug 2014Mazda has found both critical and commercial success with its CX-5 small crossover, and seems to be endeavoring to keep the momentum up with an upcoming refresh. As you can extrapolate from the obvious lack of the usual camouflage, the company isn't reinventing anything in the very near future of the CX-5, but it does seem as thought some tweaks are in the works.
Lighting elements fore and aft appear to have gone under the knife, with the front grille and rear fascia also seemingly to be slightly revised. The side mirrors now look slicker and slightly more upscale with their integrated turn signals, as well.
In all, expect a look that's a touch fresher, without being a radical departure from the existing visage.
