Up for auction is my ultra rare Peter Farrell built 1994 RX-7 with a factory R2 package! This is a factory Red with black suede leather seats. Power windows, power locks, cd player, air conditioning, 5 speed, Factory twin turbo set up with HKS intakes and full Peter Farrell exhaust, carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber spoiler (not pictured, I removed because I don't like the height but will include with sale, TSW wheels. This car was put together a long time ago when Peter Farrell Supercars was located in Manassas Virgina, which is where I purchased this vehicle and it is currently located. I do not have details of the build but know this car is fast... It is not for the faint of heart. The car has all original paint and panels and the body is straight, no accidents as you can see on autocheck. The roof does have some lightly fading paint but the rest of the car looks great. The carbon fiber hood has some spider cracking on the clearcoat but it is in good shape otherwise.
I have completed some recent work which I have documentation for including:
Brand new clutch installed April 2013
Brand new master cylinder
Brand new brake rotors on all four wheels
Brand new brake calipers
Brand new battery
Fluids and a few other minor things as well
This is a nice example of car that is becoming harder to find, adult owned and Never raced! The air does not operate, the controls for heat and a/c don't work. I do not know if it is just a fuse or more to it but I have not put the time to fix this. If you are curious about the a/c all equipment including compressor, condensor, etc.. is all in the car, nothing has been hacked or removed but I can't operate with controls. This vehicle will be sold AS-IS, i repeat it is sold AS-IS so please call or email prior to bidding. You can look at the vehicle prior to bidding, it is garaged in Manassas Virginia which is where it will be picked up by the high bidder. I will be happy to talk more details of anything you would like to know.

Aussie Mazda MX-5 Miata specs leak suggests power loss
Fri, 12 Sep 2014Mazda's 2016 MX-5 Miata reveal didn't include much in the way of specifications, but the car's debut seems to have blown the lid off of the rumormill, with the latest word out of Australia including fresh claims of curb weight and engine output.
Before delving into the findings from Motoring.com, we're going to take a moment to find a few grains of salt. It's not that we don't trust the Oz publication, it's just that we wouldn't be surprised to learn their car's specifications will vary from that of our eventual North American car.
Of course, we don't expect the footprint of the new ND model to itself to differ much - it will still be the most compact Miata ever - overall length is expected to check in at just over 154 inches - that's about 1.4 inches shorter than the original NA Miata and over 4 inches shorter than today's NC generation, yet it'll ride atop a longer wheelbase and be slightly wider while sitting lower to the ground.
'Ringbanana' Miata is improbable 9-minute Nurburgring car
Wed, Aug 12 2015The combination of being inexpensive, capable, reliable, and friendly to all skill levels makes the Mazda Miata one of the world's most popular platforms for motorsports, but the roadsters aren't exactly rocketships. What would it take to lap a ratty, first-gen example around the Nurburgring Nordschleife in less than nine minutes? We're not exactly sure, but the Ringbanana team intends to discover the answer. The project is the type of thing that gets dreamed up after a few too many pilsners: buy the cheapest running Miata available and put as little money necessary into the roadster to make it capable around the 'Ring. As the Best-Motoring-inspired intro explains, the Mazda is largely stock other than some Fulda performance tires, possibly aftermarket springs, and a stripped interior. The video above shows the baseline test, and the convertible manages a 9:21.8 circuit, which doesn't seem too bad as a start. The video below goes into far more detail about the project's genesis and its goal. Plus, the two hosts are quite entertaining when replying to the comments from the original clip.
