WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:
Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always.
Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner.
If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it.
We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage.
In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage.

Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.

Vehicle Transportation & Pickup

Payment Information

NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to Precisionautos@Yahoo.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit .As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. Liquidated Damages

In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.

Choice of Law & Forum

Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and litigated in Dallas county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.

Sales Tax & Other Fees

All Buyers in the State of Texas will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Texas will be done by Precision Autos.
Temporary Tag (60 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit.
There will be a $200 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail.

Miscellaneous

Mazda Hazumi Concept previews next Mazda2 in Geneva [w/videos]

The official photos of Mazda's Hazumi concept leaked out yesterday, but we have finally gotten to see it in real life at the Geneva Motor Show. Our view is that its Kodo lines looks as good on the diminutive car's sheet metal as they did in photos.
The Hazumi was designed to appear to be bursting with energy, and it seems to deliver. While Mazda refuses to actually say that this is the concept for the next Mazda2, it makes it clear that the little hatchback is "foreshadowing Mazda's next-generation subcompact car." We can all read between the lines.
Hazumi also introduces the new Skyactiv-D 1.5-liter diesel engine but details about it are scant at the moment. The specs for the engine are still unannounced, but the company promises that it is both very efficient and has lots of torque for its size. Mazda is also promising that its Mazda Connect infotainment system will be available in the car too. Riding a motorcycle through high traffic can be a stressful experience. And we don't even want to imagine what it's like to have to actually pursue someone on a motorcycle. Fortunately, we don't have to. Officer Troy Gurley of the Florence, Alabama police force recently attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations. The driver, 24-year-old Justin Sanders, figured he could use his Mazda3 to outrun the bike cop. Turns out, not so much.
Gurley pursued Sanders for nearly five minutes as the Mazda driver ran stop signs, swerved through traffic and raced through residential neighborhoods, but the perpetrator couldn't shake the tenacious and experienced rider. Other units soon joined the pursuit, and Sanders thought it best to leave the protection of his car to attempt to flee on foot. From there, it didn't take officers long to apprehend him. Playing Favorites
We're not going to beat around the bush: for the kind of person who willfully chooses to take longer, windier and more scenic routes to get to Point B, the 2014 Mazda3 is the new compact car measuring stick by which others will be judged. That doesn't, of course, make it the right choice for every buyer.

Absolutely everything about the Mazda3 is refined for 2014, from its chassis to its engines and everything in between, and it was done in a completely new and holistic way. Every component, subcomponent and stamping required to bolt and weld together an automobile was rethought to ensure the Mazda3 has what it takes to compete with such established benchmarks as the Honda Civic and Ford Focus.
