 HISTORY

This 2010 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Convertible  runs and drives good, transmission shifts  smooth. Motor and transmission is solid and reliable.  The cloth interior of this vehicle is in ok condition, looks like a smoker owned this vehicle and there are some burns on the driver's seat.  Regarding the history of this vehicle, it has been repaired due to the car being vandalized.  There were dents and scratches all the way around, and the convertible cut in a few places and the rear glass broken.  All the body was refinished and repainted as seen in the pictures.  The vehicle was restored except for the convertible top, which still needs to be fixed or replaced.  These convertible tops sell on ebay for under $500 complete with the glass.    Car looks ok.  Sometimes the convertible alarm sounds to let you know the convertible is open, but it is a false alarm, there might be a false contact somewhere.   I will see about fixing this issue but as of today it is not fixed.  Besides all that you should not have any problems driving it long distances and should provide you with a long enjoyable ownership.

Please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect, expect some cosmetic defects and mechanical wear.

DELIVERY

Car will not be allowed to be picked up until all payments have cleared, NO EXCEPTIONS, title will follow via priority mail.  Do not ask for the immediate delivery of vehicle or title when you paid via check, money order or cashier checks.  We have to wait for the funds to clear, if you want fast delivery, bank wire transfers are the fastest and safest way.

DISCLOSURE

We will do the best in our ability to describe the vehicle, and we include many photos to help us disclose as much as we can.
However, it is important to remember that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, manuals, extra keys, CD changer magazines, service records etc. may be missing. And, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become apparent under close inspection. This may include small chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues.

• I require an initial contact within 24 hours of end of auction and a $250.00 non-refundable paypal deposit within 48 hours.  This deposit is applied towards the purchase price.

• Balance must be paid within 10 days of close of auction. Unless other arrangements agreeable to the seller are made.

•  I accept payments via bank wire transfer, Bank money orders, cash in person, bank personal check and certified checks.  Some payment methods take longer to clear my bank.  Bank wire transfers and Direct Bank Deposits are the preferred methods.   Some out of State checks and cashier checks can take up to 10 business days to clear.
