The only section that needs work is the back bottom rocker panel on the passenger side. Body work has been done, floors and frame are in good condition."

This is a project that was started and never completed.   Clean title in my name.  It has racing slicks, brand new, and brand new rims, cost  over 1200.00.  It has a brand new windshield still in box, cost over 600.00.  It has brand new brakes, still in box, and a lot of other parts, some more than one of.
The body was done over the past few years, but still needs finishing, a mini restoration project.  Thinking of using it for the track.
The only thing that I think that it is missing are the shock absorbers.  The steering linkage is not attached.  Body panels are in good condition, I have extra fender, and whatever extra parts go with the car.
The engine runs great, it is a  V-6, and an automatic transmission.  Both are out of the car, but will put back in, if you like, for transport.
The car is located in Surrey, BC.  I can look for transport company to help for your transport, but you are responsible for the cost.  The title can easily be changed to your name.
All the brand new parts that I have are well over 1500, maybe 2000.00
Great restoration project, not many of these around, rare car.

The first picture is how it should look after finishing.  The second picture is how it looks now.

2018 Maserati Ghibli gets new lights and grille

Tue, Mar 14 2017

It's been nearly four years since Maserati introduced the 2014 Ghibli, and it's soldiered on largely unchanged. Finally, Maserati is prepping a respectable facelift front and rear. The changes seem to be concentrated on headlights and grilles. The lights now appear to have a chrome or aluminum highlight that curves upward, dividing the LED running lights from the rest of the lighting. This is a distinct difference from the current highlight that curves downward. Also, the grille now looks to have a more rounded shape, closer to the oval grilles of early- and mid-2000s Maseratis. The lower grille also seems to have smaller inlets at each corner. At the back, the rear bumper has clearly been reworked. Unfortunately, the giant black diaper covering it reveals absolutely nothing. Aside from these changes, the rest of the new Ghibli looks the same. Because this is clearly a mid-cycle refresh, we expect to see the car fully revealed by the end of the year, with vehicles hitting the lots early next year. Related Video:

2020 Maserati Ghibli getting a hybrid powertrain, start of brand revamp

Thu, Sep 26 2019

Maserati has officially announced its product plans for the next couple of years, and the company is beginning to embrace electrification. It all starts next year with the 2020 Maserati Ghibli, which will receive a hybrid powertrain. Maserati didn't specify whether it would be the only powertrain, but we would expect that it will still offer some fully gas-powered engines such as the 424-horsepower turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 in the current model. In the same year, we'll finally see Maserati's next sports car that the company has confirmed will have electric power. By all accounts, it should be the production version of the Alfieri concept that made its debut five years ago. Maserati also confirmed that the Alfieri will not replace the GranTurismo. Instead, the GranTurismo will be getting a new generation. Reports say the new GranTurismo will arrive in 2021. Maserati will also add another crossover to its lineup. Reports say it will be smaller than the Levante. We should see it sometime in 2020, since early production tests will wrap up late that year and in early 2021. Maserati didn't say specifically if there will be an electrified version, but past reports would suggest at least a hybrid will be available. Finally, Maserati mentioned that Quattroporte, Levante and Ghibli will all continue on with some updates. Expect mild facelifts and powertrain updates to them over the next couple of years, rather than a major redesign. Maserati will also be developing more advanced driver assist systems, including a system similar in scope to Cadillac Super Cruise that will allow hands-free highway driving and lane changes.
