This is a beautifully restored 1953 MGTD. The owner has past away and this represents a multi year labor of love restoration. It is truly a joy to see and drive. He spent thousands of dollars and endless hours restoring this car to be as close to new & original as is possible. He bought the car as a excellent, low mile, no rust, never damaged Colorado car. He enjoyed it for bit and than started a painstaking ground up, nut and bolt restoration. He had restored many cars and motorcycles in his life which always resulted in show winning perfection. This car was his last and best. Finished in MG red with red leather. Nothing was overlooked and no corners cut. He did this car for himself intending to own, show and enjoyIt. It represents his love of British cars and bikes and his perfectionist nature. He spent years and thousands of dollars more than this car will sell for creating the beautiful car you see here.

All original body panels are refinished to the highest standard. Most of the original chrome has been replated to show quality. The windshield frame is still in it's original codition and very presentable. He enjoyed and showed this car since it completion so it does have a few tiny touch ups. It has however; held up wonderfully which is another testament to the quality of his work.

The original engine and drivetrain were professionally rebuilt and function as new. All systems were rebuilt to work exactly as they did in 1953. It shifts, drives, brakes and handles like it should. It holds excellent oil pressure in every gear at any speed. All gauges and lights function as they should. It is very tight throughout. The interior is like new and the fully restored seats are nice and firm.

The undercarriage is as remarkable as the topside. Every detail and finish is restored to be as it was new. The fit and finish is excellent in every body panel as are the shut lines on the doors and bonnet.

Please examine all the photos closely as they tell far more about the condition of this car than I can. It looks better in person than in the photos, but don't take my word for it. Come inspect it in person. It is well worth the trip. If you cannot see it in person please call and ask questions or have a third party inspect it for you.
