Up for auction is a true "Barn Find" MGTD. The best part is that all of the maintenance required of a barn find, to make it a driver, has already been completed. Now you can have a driver that has all of the patina of a barn find, with out the hassle of doing any work, or the worry of of failing parts while driving.
The history of the car prior to 1965 is unknown. In October of 1965 it was purchased by a Vietnam evbt upon his return to the states. He was working on the car in his parents garage in 1967, when he was electrocuted by a trouble light. The car had a cover placed on it and the garage doors were shut. In 2004 His parents moved into assisted living and were forced to sell the house and its contents. My client purchased the car at that time. the car has not been registered since 1967, and will come with a bill of sale and the 1967 Ohio title.
