 I purchased this car to restore however my plans have changed. I never disassembled the car and it is as I purchased it as it was a driver that was put up a few years ago when the engine developed a knock. This car is rust free other than surface with a body that is in very good shape you can tell it wasn't exposed to the weather that much. There maybe some areas of the wood that need to be replaced however I have not removed the tub to inspect.  It had an engine swap (who knows when) to a 1957 (as near as I can figure out from the PB15GB 16022 engine number) 1500 MGA motor not locked up, the rest of the drive train seem to be original to the car but I am no expert. The gauges have been changed out with a set from a TR-3 ( I believe ). The engine has a # 1 cylinder spun bearing and I am sure the crankshaft will need to be repaired or replaced to make this engine work, missing generator. I do have the top and the side windows but I believe them to be original to the car but again not sure. As with any car that has been setting for years all the mechanical parts would need inspection and repairs ( I have done nothing to it ). Clear Texas Title.
