For sale is a beautiful 1977 MG Midget in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It has recently undergone a restoration to include:

• New paint, chrome bumpers and grille. The Midget was re-painted the original blue. The original fenders were replaced with fenders from a 1969 Midget. The grille and bumpers are from a 1969 as well . The factory holes in the valance, luggage rack and antenna holes were patched and painted.
• New convertible top
• Rebuilt engine. New rings, bearings gaskets, oil pump etc.
• New Mini lite wheels and tires. The tires have approximately 100 miles on them. There is a spare in the trunk as well.
• New Weber 32/36 carburetor with electric choke and aluminum intake manifold
• New crane electronic ignition, coil and plug wires
• New alternator
• The mechanical pump was removed, blocked off, and replaced with an electric Holley fuel pump with a Holley regulator and fuel pump. NO MORE VAPOR LOCK!!!!
• New brake master cylinder, stainless steel brake lines, brake pads and shoes.
• Custom exhaust with chrome tip
• All new poly suspension bushings
• New rack and pinion unit
• New 300lb competition coil springs in the front
• The original lever shocks were removed and replaced with adjustable nitrogen shocks. This upgrade alone cost over $2,000 ($1,500 for the front and $500 for the rear).
• New seat covers, carpet and door panels. While the carpet was out the entire floor board was repainted with POR15 paint then covered with DynaMat for sound and heat insulation.
• New dash cover
• The headlights were upgraded to halogen units. All of the lights and lenses were replaced with brand new units.
• The headlight switch, turn signal switch and hazard switch were all replaced
