Own the ultimate! You could be a Runoffs contender this year at Laguna Seca. This is car number six of six MG Midgets constructed at Huffaker Engineering so far. Huffaker Engineering has been building racing cars since 1960 and has one of the best reputations in the business. Originally built for Charles Guest who raced it and scored a SCCA Runoffs F Production 3rd place finish in 2002 and again in 2003. Sold to Bill Blust in 2007 and raced by Brian Linn in 2007 to a SCCA Runoffs F-Production 2nd place finish along with another 2nd place finish in H-Production. The car was then purchased by Loren Moore who took it to the Runoffs in 2008 and qualified 7th in GTL with a "going flat" right rear tire. unfortunately Loren was unable to start the race because of a crash in another Huffaker Midget in a previous race. Purchased after the Runoffs by Tom Morrison who set a new HP track record at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit with the car. Tom only took the car out once or twice a year, including this Spring.

Currently setup to compete in H-Production, the car is equipped with a 1275 limited prep Midwest Motorsports engine, Richmond dog box freshened up this past winter with new dog rings, Tranex limited slip differential with a 3:90 gearset, Penske triple adjustable shock all around that were just rebuilt two race weekends ago, Two sets of Jongbloed wheels and a few misc. spares. It also comes with the dry sump tank if you want to go back to a dry sump FP or GTL.
