I purchased this car locally a couple of years ago while I was still in the parts business. It has been sitting for that whole time here and who knows how long prior to it coming here. It came out of California and has much paperwork to document its past history. It has not had any parts removed from it. I kept it intact. Thought I had it sold to a guy in Central Missouri last September but one excuse after another has it still here. It needs a new home. This car is sold with a bill of sale only, no title.

This car is equipped with the very desirable 3.7 rear differential.


VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

This morning, August 24th, I went out to pull it out of storage. Hooked up the jumper cables. Found that the key in the ignition wouldn't turn it so a screwdriver had to be used. Found the starter solenoid bad. Then found no power to the coil so a hot wire from battery was used temporarily. Jumped the solenoid and it fired right up with no smoke, no funny noises, no kidding. Of course it will need fuel system work, wiring rehab as there are a bunch of butt splices in the harness, brake and clutch hydraulics, exhaust, etc. You get the idea, it is a project.

The interior is original, useable but should be redone. There is already a dash cap in place.

The body is fairly solid with good floor pans and rockers. There is some rust through on both doors and penetration on the right side A pillar post. It has been bumped slightly on the front of the hood so previous owner tried to repair with fiberglass and bondo. Just replace the hood and you will be better off.

The top is shot and needs to be replaced. The original jack is in the trunk with its storage bag.


TERMS OF SALE

Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction via paypal. The remainder of the balance due is to be paid within 7 days of the auction. Payment is accepted in the form cash in person or a USPS money order. Paypal is not accepted for the full payment amount unless you are willing to pay all of the fees associated with that transaction.

Pickup of car: As stated above, must be done by Sept. 10th. with no exceptions. Can't make it here by that date? Don't bid. Please make arrangements to pick it up in advance and don't assume that my schedule is the same as yours and it must be picked up while it is light outside, no night time delivery. Bring all of the tie downs, trailer ramps, etc. you need to load this car as none will be provided here. I will help load it.
