Up for sale is my wife's 1980 mg convertible. we had a recent restoration performed on this car with a new 4 cylinder engine with Weber carb, header, and Weber intake. A new alternator, distributor and all associated wiring was installed. We have only put on 4000 miles since the restoration. A new paint job was applied with all trim removed, with no runs, drips or buildup. the paint job is stunning. All new chrome was installed, including the luggage rack and headlight trim rings.

There are no door dings or scratches on this car, the paint is brilliant with no clouding or hazing.

The brakes have also been reworked including new tires and Superior ultra lite wirewheels. The car also has a full size spare with the full size jack.

The underside was treated with por15, and is spotless. with no rust. THE INTERIOR WAS TREATED WITH NEW SEATS, CARPET AND DASH. THE INTERIOR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

A new convertible top was also installed. This car also has the snaps in place for a tonneau cover.

 

This car is an excellent example of a 1980 MG convertible, drives excellent with plenty of pep, and is a very pretty car with the deep red H.D. paint and deep black bumpers.
