This posting is for a 1978 MGB convertible. This car was originally bought as a project to restore and use, but another car was bought and the rule of one in one out applies in our household.

The body is in good condition with only a few small holes from rust, Located above the passenger side fender behind the top and right front fender. As you can tell from the pictures it will need a paint job. The car is in good running condition with no oil or exhaust leaks and drives nicely. We installed a car correct fuse box using a wiring diagram. There are brand new plugs and a battery installed both of which I have a receipt for. The carb was recently disassembled and completely cleaned. The fuel pump is a modern electronic one that has a shut off switch on the dash, I will include a brand new original fuel pump. The only problem with the top is a small tear behind the driver side window.

All of the chrome, parts and pieces to put this car back together are included. I have two luggage racks I will also be including in the sale. Along with the racks I will be including 7 wire wheels one of which has a tire on it. All of the tires have a lot of tread life left in them. There is a brand new hood included with the car as you can see pictured. It has factory primer on it and I have yet to attach any hardware to it. Also included is a service manual, a cd with all factory service manuals, and a restoration guide. Along with the manuals there is an original tonneau cover, boot cover, and an original jack.

This would be a very easy restoration. There are no major problems and only has a few minor things to get you out on the road with the wind in your hair.
