Thank you for viewing my 1978 MGB, 4 speed manual transmission, convertible.  This car has been in my family for 10 years, and spent 10 years in a storage unit prior to our buying it.  It was previously shipped from California to us.  The 55.7K MILEAGE IS ORIGINAL!  It has no rust or rot in the flooring.  California emissions parts were removed, and my family began updating and restoring, with the following updates:

• New Paint Job: original Russett Brown
• Weber carburetor
• New gas tank
• New exhaust system
• 5 Year old beige convertible top (no tears, leaks, etc.  Originally black, but the beige offers more relief from the summer sun)
• Updated Pioneer headunit with 6x9 speaker boxes powered by a trunk mounted amplifier and Kenwood door speakers.  Headunit includes auxiliary jack for iPod/iPhone or other MP3 players, CD player, and detachable face
• New ignition
• Carpeting and seat covers are five years old
• Service manual
• Solid Mag rims, with spoked hubs
• Plenty of other parts including door trim pieces that have not yet been installed will also come with the car.
• New door panels
• Includes a tonneau cover, and convertible top cover.  Tonneau cover and convertible top cover are black.

The paint is in excellent condition.  There is a small dent under the front bumper, at what looks like an air vent (pictured).  There are a few rivets that need replacing to secure the top, but does not leak as is.  All electronics work fine, including the analog clock! Engine runs great.  Dash, interior panels, and steering wheel are also in great condition.  The passenger side visor latch needs replacement.

This car runs and looks great!  It gets compliments all the time.  I have used this as a daily driver during the spring and fall, before the South Carolina heat makes it too hot to drive in the summer.  This MG has been constantly garage kept.  I hate to let this go, but recently had a child and need something more family friendly ;-)  It has had regular oil changes, and has been maintained by a respected locally respected mechanic's shop that specialized in older British imports.
