1973 MGB with Overdrive

I have owned this MG for 13 years, and it has been a great car! Unfortunately, the car has gone from a great summer car to a once in a great while car. The time has come for someone else to give it the attention it needs and deserves. In the 13 years I have owned the car, I have put less than 2,300 miles on it. The odometer has 96,598 miles showing on, which I believe to be true. I never drove the car in the rain, and always kept it in the garage. If I couldn't drive it with the top down, I didn't drive it!

When I purchased this car it was not running, so I had the following replaced:

Alternator
Tires
Exhaust
Fuel pump
Rear wheel cylinders
Rear brake shoes

Mechanicals:
1800cc engine with overdrive
Engine rebuilt and new clutch installed in 2006 (837 miles ago)
Weber DGV 32/36 carburetor with Pierce manifold

Body:

The body is solid, with a bit of rust on the hood and a little bubbling on drivers door (as seen in photos). There are scrapes and scratches, and it could use new paint. The car was originally Harvest Gold, but was repainted at some point. The drivers floor pan will need to be replaced at some point, as it has some rust through, but it's not terrible. The windshield glass is de-laminating, but has not progressed since I have owned the car. The car comes with a complete replacement windshield, including all new outer seals. The convertible top material is in decent shape, but some snaps have come off and the right front body clip (behind passenger door) has come off, so if you plan to drive it with the top up, it should be replaced. The bumpers are presentable, but have some of the usual pitting.

Interior:

The interior is the somewhat rare Navy Blue. I have replaced the door panels, top rails, all interior panels and the center console lid. The seats are in pretty good shape, but the drivers seat does have two rips in the lower seat back (as pictured). All gauges work. Newer Pioneer in-dash AM/FM CD stereo with Alpine speakers in the doors, newer antenna, new navy carpet in trunk with matching MG Logo spare tire cover.
