1973 MGB ROADSTER CONVERTIBLE CHROME BUMPERS

This is a 1973 4-Speed MGB that you will be proud to drive.

This is a great running car that has been in the same home for the last 14 years. Unfortunately it’s competing for attention with a boat now and the owner doesn’t have time for both. So the time has come for a new family to adopt it. Mackay’s Garage in Wakefield inspected this vehicle and performed some recent work, including replacing the master clutch cylinder. The car runs beautifully and drives great! It starts easily and doesn’t require any long warmup to drive off. The transmission shifts easily into and out of all gears including on the downshifts. The clutch master and slave were replaced recently and the clutch action is perfect. There is no evidence of collisions. The total mileage is unclear, but the engine was replaced 14 years/7,000 miles ago with a newer motor. During those last 14 years the car has been garaged, and kept registered, driving about 500 miles a year.  

This is a car that is on the road right now, it needs nothing to pass Massachusetts Inspection and take you on a road adventure. It has a beautiful leather interior, a nice stereo, and very desirable wire wheels.
