1971 Mgb Gt/v6 "ol' #22" on 2040-cars

HI and Thanks for looking at my Ad. This car was my E-Bay mistake. the former owner even put in his Ad that he was 65 and as honest as the day was long. Guess the day wasn't very long. I got the car and it seemed like zip ties where the only thing keeping it together. I started it and the header exhaust came right into the car. Great if you want to commit suicide. The one good thing this car did do was go fast. So... I started by having a custom exhaust built out the right side with cherry bomb mufflers. Sounds great and you won't die. Next, I took off the zip ties holding the original mg radiator and had a custom radiator with an electric fan to keep the car cool. Got a new 500 4 barrel carb as the 650 was a little much and now making the car run better. Had to redo the brakes with master cylinder and redo the back brakes (more zip ties) as they didn't even work. Also had a custom shifter fabricated which works great on the T-5 trans. I think the trans was held up by, you guessed it, Zip ties so I had a new cross member fabbed in to hold the trans in place. I got a lot done but it does need more!!!
