I’m selling my 1970 MGB Roadster. I hate to sell it, but I’m turning 80 this year and it’s getting hard to get in and out of it. I restored this car in 2004 and have only driven 7000 miles since. The engine was completely rebuilt and still runs great. Oil pressure is at 70 psi even when warm, and it never overheats. Upholstery is nice, and the top was replaced during the restoration, so it has no tears and the rear window is still clear. The paint has held up very well. There are a few minor chips from driving, and there is a small dent on the back below the trunk lid. There are a couple of places that the paint is starting to check around the trunk lid, but overall it shines beautifully and has a deep reflection. Windshield was replaced, and the tires are new. Too much has been done to list it all here. This MGB would make a great driver and weekend cruise-night car. Registration is current through March 2014. The odometer shows 38K miles, but I don't know if it is actually 138K, but I've only put 7000 on it since I restored it. The only other issue with the car right now is that I noticed a new oil leak. I'll try to have a look at it, and get it fixed up, but like I said, I'm turning 80, so getting under the car isn't as easy as it used to be.
