For Sale: 1970 MGB Roadster Convertible. 1.8 L 4 cyl. 4 speed manual. 114,000 miles
This is a very strong running and good handling and riding car. I took it in on trade recently and have put on several trouble free miles. I don't know if there has ever been any engine work done to it, but it appears to use no oil and has alot of power. Acts like it has a performance cam but I have no proof of that. Runs cool and has good oil pressure. There appears to have never been any rust or major damage from what I can see. The under side of the floor seems to be perfect.

Has grill guard, luggage rack, floor mats with MG logo, center console.
Was repainted at one time. Has had many recent updates within the last thousand miles or so. New rear brake cylinders, clutch slave and hose, battery box, front tires and valve stems, wiper blades, fuel pump, air filters, cooling system flush and radiator reconditioned, belt, floor mats, and door weatherstrip. Has matching spare rim and tire. Paint job isn't show quality but still looks pretty good. Unfortunately this is not the original color of this car, although it is an original MG color choice. Original color was orange, as you can see in the engine pic. Only year with the split rear bumper. Comes with a Haynes manual. The factory radio is installed but is not hooked up, so am unsure if it works. A previous owner replaced the ignition switch with a toggle switch and push button. The top has no holes but has been repaired in a couple spots and has had new windows installed. It is not perfect but is very presentable and in good useable condition. I am unsure if the emergency brakes work because I am afraid to use them and have them stick like most do in this area.
