Well I am really scraping the bottom of the barrel here.Being the guy travelling far and wide to come up with rustfree old British cars, But before I give this the kiss of death and part it out till the cows come home, I thought I would list it complete.This is a 1967 MGB Roadster. I got it in a package deal with some other old British cars and kind of had to take this one.It has rust. it has bondo. It has pounds of bondo. It probably has so much bondo in it, on it, under it you could bring it along as carry on baggage on your next flight and not set off the metal detector at the gate. I really do not know why shops do this. And this one has some sort of brass plague on the dash stating that this car had gone thru some misguided ill fated restoration in 1991. If I had done it, I would put a big brown paper bag over the car and not some brass plague on it. But I digresss. Again. The title is from Florida. And there is a electric block heater in there. So that tells you all you want to know about it. The shop cut out some of the floor pans and laid sheetmetal over. Instead of just getting full floorpans. And bondoed here and there and everywhere instead of getting new rockers, cross members, jack points, etc. .. So to do it right, Moss Motors or Victoria British it is. Believe it or not the trunk floor is solid, the doors are nice at the bottoms and I don't think this car will snap at the first pavement break it hits. It does have a nice top and frame, a redone interior,original gauges, nice steering wheel, BMC AM radio clean looking engine, nice chrome bumpers, wire wheels, etc.. It turns over but that is as far as I went. No clue on how long ago this was last on the road. Early B's are getting harder to find these days for reasonable money. If you want to start your driving season a little early and don't want to bring your good stuff out in the salt and other springtime crud, use this one. Laugh at those salt trucks. If you need a old British car for your high school shop class to give kids a start on cutting and welding, here you go.Or if you just want a good driving, easy to maintain early B beater, here is the ticket. Just keep everyone about 25 feet away and life is good. This has a straight clean title and is ready to go. Full payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. Pick up here in Prescott,Arizona is encouraged. And I get around the country with my truck and trailer and might be able to get it to you or close for reasonable money.. Storage till pick up is no problem.And I can help arrange overseas transport no problem.
