The head is missing and does not come with the vehicle.

The oil pan and valve cover are off but come with the vehicle.

The valve cover has a small chunk out of the flange.

There are several parts not assembled to the car that are included.

The car plate number in the engine compartment has "GHNL81911" on it.

The engine has "1600" and "MOWOG" cast into it.

The engine number plate is missing.

There is a dent in the rear driver side fender.

Bondo is evident in the fender joints and by the grill.

Rocker panels are rusty.

There is a dent in the passenger side front fender.

(1) cylinder form the engine is missing.

This is a project or parts car.

You will need chains and a wench to move this vehicle from its' current location.

I do not know how well the vehicle will roll. The tires are flat.

There is not a title for this vehicle, the State of Alabama does not title vehicles over

35 years old.

This vehicle is advertised on other sites as well and I reserve the right to end this auction

if a successful transaction is made with a buyer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The winning bidder must contact me within 48 hours of the close of the auction.

Arrangements for payment must be made at that time if the total amount has not

already been paid. Paypal and certified checks and cash at pick up are the only

acceptable forms of payment accepted.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.

This deposit will be applied toward the purchase price.

The remainder of the sale amount must be paid within 7 calendar days of the end

of the auction.

If contact is not made within 48 hours of the end of the auction then the seller may

re-list, sell or dispose of the vehicle at his/her discretion.

The vehicle must be paid for completely before it is removed from its' present location.

This vehicle is sold as is, where is and with NO WARRANTY of any type either expressed,

written or implied by anyone. The seller is not responsible for the correct description,

authenticity, genuineness or defects herein and makes no warranty in connection therewith.

No allowance will be made for any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. The photos

and description are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty

of any type.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy himself of the condition of the vehicle and base their

bids upon that judgement.

The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs needed regardless of any oral statements,

pictures or interpretation about the vehicle.

PICK UP

The vehicle is sold as is and where is. Shipping and moving of the vehicle is not included in the auction

nor is it available.

If you wish to have a shipping service load and ship the vehicle the shipper must contact me for an appointment.

The vehicle is 25 miles from where I live and I AM NOT available at a shippers discretion.

The vehicle is located behind a barn and lean-to shed and has been sitting for sometime. It has flat

tires and I do not know or guarantee the ability of the vehicle to roll.

The vehicle is approx. 1000 ft. off a state highway. The path to the vehicle is a private gated locked drive

that is rough, narrow and ungraded. The drive also crosses a narrow dam approx. 500 feet from the highway.

The vehicle is about 60 feet behind the face of the barn. Pictures of the drive and the location of the

vehicle are available and the winning bidder will receive them via email through EBAY, from the seller.

The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of the auction close unless other arrangements are made with the seller.

The seller has no means, equipment or anyway of moving the vehicle, so the buyer is fully and totally responsible

for moving and loading including all tools, chains, straps and anything else that is needed.
