I bought this car with around 44k miles on it and it now has 109k i do believe that im the 2nd owner if the car,
The person that i bought it from said he bought it from the lot, The car has the same interior in it nothing has been changed
I have owned it since 2004 and have nothing wrong with it but the suspension air bags ( normal stuff ) exhaust hangers
over a year ago i had the water line hose changed under the intake also common for these cars.... it was due for a change
If you run the vin # i believe any ford dealership can bring up the maintenance done to this car. all the work has been done
through the dealership. The tires are fairly new from costco . The paint looks good just needs a real good detail.
The dealership told me that the car needed a suspension module that got replace and that the car needs a gear box due to leakage
it steers great just leaks if it sits awhile. The car has tinted windows but the back window is starting to bubble. all the windows
works. It comes with a aftermarket cd player. the back seats are good condition no tears like the front seats
Great car with low miles Runs and Drives Great..... im posting more pix tmrw! ive been driving daily so its not clean like a dealer car!!!! BUT IT WILL BE WHEN SOLD!

SNL, Jim Carrey late to the Lincoln MKC ad spoof party

Mon, 27 Oct 2014

At this point, making fun of the Lincoln MKC ads starring Matthew McConaughey is getting pretty old, though apparently Lincoln loves it. The commercials have been airing for over a month, but Conan O'Brien, Ellen DeGeneres and even South Park have all taken their swipes at the spots with the smooth-talking actor monologuing about his new luxury crossover. Saturday Night Live might have finally killed the joke in its recent episode featuring Jim Carrey.
The problem certainly isn't that Carrey does a bad job in the spoofs, and he actually pulls off a pretty good McConaughey impression. They start out as pretty direct mimicry and slowly evolve into the absurd, including cracks at McConaughey's acting career and the way he rubs his thumb and finger together. Carrey certainly raises at least a chuckle at times, though.
However, the comedian's engaging performance can't take away from the fact that SNL has arriving to this mocking party pretty late in the game. The jokes just don't feel fresh anymore, so hopefully these ads put the final nails in the coffin for the riffs - at least until the next batch of Lincoln ads arrive.

Lincoln video teases new things to come... but what?

Sun, 02 Dec 2012

Lincoln has released a new video teasing... something. In what looks to be an advertisement for more advertising, the company has worked up a clip featuring everything from a drum solo and a flying hawk to Abraham Lincoln himself. The video shows a few shots of what looks to be an MKZ and promises more news is coming on Monday.
What does the company have up its sleeves? Rumors are bouncing around the web like so many ill-informed ping-pong balls, and cover everything from an alternative powertrain for the MKZ to a new two-door model - noise that is underscored by the presence of a Ford Mustang chassis lurking in the background of the video around the 27-second mark (see screen capture above).
Could Lincoln be considering a rear-wheel drive luxury coupe built on the pony's bones? A move like that seems awfully unlikely, but it certainly wouldn't hurt our feelings. Either way, we'll find out more tomorrow. In the interim, check out the teaser video below for yourself.

Lincoln scales back free maintenance

Wed, 05 Jun 2013

Complimentary scheduled maintenance programs have been great tools for luxury automakers to draw in new customers, but some are starting to scale their programs back considerably. According to Automotive News, Lincoln is joining Jaguar and Volvo on the list of automakers reducing the length of time it will be providing free maintenance to its customers.
Lincoln's four-year/50,000-mile maintenance program first kicked off as an incentive in 2010 and became permanent later that year, but starting with the 2014 model year, this will be cut to just two years and 24,000 miles. This could make short-term leases even more appealing for some consumers, but according to Automotive News, some Lincoln dealers are unhappy with the scaling back. The move admittedly comes at an odd time for Lincoln, with parent Ford seemingly working hard to increase consideration among luxury buyers as it looks to reverse the marque's long decline.
