ALWAYS CHANGED OIL EVERY 3000-4000 MILES WITH FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL, NO LEAKS, TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PERFECT, INTERIOR IS IN PERFECT CONDITION, NO RIPS NO NOTHING. HE ALWAYS WAXED HIS CAR EVERY 4-5 MONTHS. YOU KNOW HE IS A REAL ITALIAN CAR FREAK. HE NEVER LET ANYBODY DRIVE THE CAR, NOT EVEN MY MOM..... HE WAS PROUD OF HIS CAR, THAT HE WANTED TO SHIP IT TO ITALY, BUT IS WAS ALOT OF MONEY TO DO IT.. IT HAS BRAND NEW FIRESTONE TIRES. ENGINES PURRS VERY NICE. REASON WHY WE SELLING THE CAR IS, WE CLOSED UP COMPANY AND MY DAD MOVED TO ITALY WITH MY MOM. AND I DON'T NEED CAR, I HAVE PLENTY OF THEM AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICTURES. WHO EVER BUYS THIS CAR WILL HAVE NO REGRET. IT'S A MUST SEE CAR. THE ONLY THING HE DID TO IT WAS PAINTED REAR BUMPER DUE TO SOME SCRATCHES, AND FRONT HOOD DUE HAD LITTLE TINY CHIPS FROM ROAD DEBRIS. WHICH FREAKED HIM OUT, SO HE HAD THE HOOD STRIPPED TO THE METAL AND PAINTED AND CLEAR COATED. NOTHING MAJOR. THE CAR IS VERY CLEAN. AND TITLE IN HAND. The trouble with Ford's Lincoln brand is that no one cares about it any more.
Not long after I heard that Mark LaNeve, chief operating officer of Ford agency Team Detroit, was moving to take over direct operations of the New York ad agency Hudson Rouge for Lincoln, I heard that JCPenney CEO Ron Johnson was ousted. The two events are connected.

Some thought that Ford needed to kill the division like it did Mercury, while others saw the sales possibility in a brand with so much history. Ford has finally made a decision, and it wasn't what many people were expecting. Lincoln is launching in China this fall, with the brand rollout starting at the upcoming Beijing Motor Show. A new video hints that we might even get to see the concept for the next-generation MKX.
Lincoln is marketing itself in China as a customer-focused, high-end luxury ownership experience. To prove it, the Lincoln Space in Beijing is meant both as a prototype dealer and a grand show of its plans. The modernist structure looks more like an art museum than a car showroom, and the interior decor is like a high-end hotel lobby. The company says that every dealer is going to have license plate recognition technology that knows when an owner arrives, and there will also be a Personalization Studio where potential buyers can design their car with family. Lincoln is promising to have eight showrooms ready in seven cities by this fall.
Of course, a stylish showroom is nothing without cars to sell. Lincoln is promising five models on sale in China by 2016. The MKZ and MKC launch this fall. A midsize luxury SUV, a fullsize luxury sedan and the Navigator are coming later. All of the models sold there are being imported from North America.
Ford recalls Explorer, Flex, Taurus for parking brakes
Wed, Jul 22 2015Ford announced a recall of nearly 8,000 vehicles spread across a broad range of models for a faulty parking brake, which might not engage fully. The automaker has not received any reports of accidents or injuries resulting from the issue. The recall affects certain examples of the 2015-16 Ford Explorer, the 2015 Taurus, and the 2015 Flex. The 2015 Lincoln MKS and MKT are also included in the campaign. The vehicles in question were assembled at the company's Chicago and Oakville (Ontario) plants from May 4 to May 23. All told, 7,165 of the affected vehicles are estimated to be in the United States, with another 799 in Canada, and a solitary example in Mexico. In order to address the issue, owners are asked to bring the affected vehicles their local dealership, where technicians will inspect the vehicle and where necessary, replace the parking brake control assembly.
